As soon as I met Andy, the polite Precision Garage Door technician, it was obvious that he was well trained to handle the numerous problems and repair. And surprisingly, the parts were readily available on the truck. Not only does the garage door function better but it is quieter than it has been for a long while. I am a very satisfied customer and would recommend Precision!

Jose Aguilar came to our home spend the extra time to educate me and my wife on the system that we have in our home and how it worked. Jose then explained the differences between the system we had installed and they system that would replace it and how it will work. It made so much more sense to make the switch from the 1pc spring to the 2pc overhaul system, Jose uninstalled the 1pc spring and then started to install the oberhaul installation took about 45min to am 1hr and start to finish. I would highly recommend this service to everyone and anyone that is looking to: fix/repair/replace/upgrade their garage door system. My wife and I had a problem with our garage door making noises we hadn't heard before and then it got stuck half way open. Called Precision Door Service on Saturday morning and by that afternoon Sebastian came out showed us what was happening. We ended up buying a new garage door (it was about that time) and Monday morning Alejandro came out and installed it. We are pleased and thankful for their professionalism.

The spring of the garage door broke and we couldn’t open it. I called Precision and they came within a couple of hours on a Saturday. Jose diagnosed the problem, explained everything thoroughly and was able to fix it within the hour. It was more than we expected to pay but the garage door works so much better now.
