I phoned Precision Door at about 10:30 spoke with a very nice and helpful lady and set up an appointment to fix our non-working opener. In less than an hour Sebastian was here and he was not only friendly and courteous but very knowledgeable and helpful. We agreed that the opener unit definitively needed replacement and he went right ahead and started the replacement process. I definitely recommend him and his work He is very professional and just a nice pleasant person to have here for the work that needed to be done. He deserves a ‘5’ Star (or more!) rating.

This morning, I called precision, garage door service and by 2 o’clock. I had a repair man here. He did an awesome job. He did a tuneup and installed a new unit a new outdoor keypad and did Great job when he left two hours later, everything was working beautifully. Scotty was in my neighborhood repairing a neighbor's garage door. Asked if he could stop by when he was done. He came by checked out my doors operation and then explained the necessary repairs and cost. He made all repairs in a timely manner. I'm not familiar with typical repair cost but "thought" Precision's prices were a little high. However, It was 6 PM when Scotty came by and he made all repairs to my satisfaction. I'd call Precision again with no hesitation.
