I phoned Precision Door at about 10:30 spoke with a very nice and helpful lady and set up an appointment to fix our non-working opener. In less than an hour Sebastian was here and he was not only friendly and courteous but very knowledgeable and helpful. We agreed that the opener unit definitively needed replacement and he went right ahead and started the replacement process.
