Very happy with the repair process. Arrived promptly, located the problem, which could have been a dangerous issue. Was able to repair & replace all that was needed, provided new wheels & lubricant to all parts. Replaced the spring as well. All work was completed in a little over an hour & came with lifetime warranty. Good job!!

This morning, I called precision, garage door service and by 2 o’clock. I had a repair man here. He did an awesome job. He did a tuneup and installed a new unit a new outdoor keypad and did Great job when he left two hours later, everything was working beautifully.
