This company made a quote after job site visit and measurements. When I schedule a date to get started Sergio said they can’t honor the price any. First of all when I called them referred the quote and job they have no response and no call back. After sending their quote in writing they back off their written quote. The reason was Sergio consulted his receptionist and recognized there should be $5000.00 more. Totally none professional. Highly not recommended!

Great install team headed by Brandon. Great product! Disappointed that the office to customer communication was such an issue! Called office about 10am to confirm install time that day that I was told would be 8am-12noon, very nice lady said it was for sure that day. Called Chris @ 12;15 and he stated he would have Hector call me to confirm arrival time but for sure it was that day. Called Nichole after about 1.5 hours (1:20pm) she said he probably had not called me since he was still finishing up an install but he would call after finishing. Brandon and team showed up about 2:15pm and did not know what I was talking about. I only get one day off and it would of been nice to at least call me about status of install time.

there is a serious problem with the training of the technicians for service calls. we are certain that the service personnel are ripping off customers and charging exorbinant rates. our recent repair person wanted to charg us $555 to reset the code on our keypad. the actual cost of a new receiver was 48$ from Amazon. i told th e repair person to leave although he reverified the cost?? on his cell??I obtained a new company, only a service call..no new parts needed. used my original equipment and left within 15 minutes!!! charge was $125 compared to your servicer of $555. Fraudulent !

Our garage doors had not been serviced in well over five years and they were having some real problems. I found Precision on the internet as the supplier I had used years before was out of business.
