4/25/2023 I chose Precision because the are a very well known company and I could never get a hold of the Overhead door office in Elk Grove. Precision answered their phone right away and the next day they were here on time and explained everything to me and showed me what parts needed replaced. I appreciated it very much and the worker did the BEST job..I feel like I have a brand new Garage door, it is soo quiet and runs smoother than when I had it put in 16 years ago. I also want to congratulate Brandon for all his hard work and for explaining it to me. He is a very hard worker and he fixed on the same day he came. Ask for BRANDON when you call and you wont be sorry you did. He is the BEST worker I have ever had here at my house and I appreciate him for the job he did!!!

The guys were very nice, and did their job well. The company charged me $234.00 for about 20 minutes of service. That is an outrageous charge for things that I could have done myself. I will be looking for a more prices before I finalize the work.

This company is fantastic. I called at 12:30 it is now 2:15 and I have a fixed door. Brandon was amazing! He explained everything in detail and didn’t try to bs me. I got an estimate from another company and the guy insisted that I needed a whole new door for $1500! Brandon was able to fix my door and it is running better than it ever did! The service technician arrived on time as scheduled and performed a thorough inspection of our garage door concerns. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Andrey provided us with detailed estimates and repair / replacement options. There was no pressure to purchase equipment or make any repairs at that moment, but considering that our garage opener is over 20 years old we decided to purchase and replace our old unit without changing any cables, pullies or springs which we will need to do soon and will definitely call on Precision Garage Door Service to perform that service as well. Now we have a brand new Secure View Smart Garage Opener (with camera), control and keypad. The unit is ultra quiet compared to the old unit. Twice this company helped me out of a tight situation. On one issue five other garage door companies brushed me off, but Precision provided a solution at NO COST to me. So when I needed a quick garage door repair Precision was my choice. I was given an appointment time for the next day (a Sunday of a holiday weekend) and the repair was completed that very day. I was a little bit taken aback on the cost, but the service was great. We needed our spring to be replaced. As others have stated, I received a quote up front with different options. One of the things we considered since this door hasn't been serviced since it was installed in 1999, was a 2nd spring. The tech was quick and efficient.
