My garage door opens and closes noisily for a while and no lubricant can reduce the noise. Lately it vibrates and does not close or open all the times. Even helping it by lifting or pulling does not work. So I called Precision And they came in 3 hours, immediately pointing to me bulging panels and a twisted guide of the garage door opener. Further inspections showed lot of roller issue, pullers as well as waving anh sagging springs and tensioner. Over time the panels and the guide rollers were worn out and the whole garage door may slide side to side. Ahmed is the technician which showed me the issues and explained to me it functions and which parts I can do myself and which parts I need professional work like the springs and tensioners. He is very meticulous and explained to me all the detail and different type of rollers and its durability. He tried to save me money by give me options for minimal fix to make the garage door working, the midway to change the critical components to make it last a bit longer (a year or two, may be) or an overhaul fix of all critical components to last for more than a few years. He explained the detailed components and costs of each option for me to decide on the quote. As I trust Ahmed expertise and concise explanation, I have decided to do an overhaul as my garage system is about 15 years old. Ahmed finished the job in two hours as Precision have all the parts and materials on their truck. He lubricate and adjust the balance so I can easily lift the garage door with my fingers without much effort and the door stops wherever I stop lifting or pushing manually. It is that good.
