The technician was very professional. He showed up ahead of schedule on a Sunday morning! He explained everything perfectly and made time to answer all of our questions. We originally called another company and both times their technician was a no show! I wanted to give that other company a chance, but after two no shows, we moved on. So glad we called Precision Garage Door of Sacramento!

Mitch was servicing a neighbor’s garage door when I walked over to ask him about mine. My remote controls were not usually working, and I wanted to get them fixed. When he finished his first job, he came right over and inspected my door. It turned out that my garage door was in need of more than a change of battery. The wheels were partially off their tracks and the springs had weakened. Mitch was able to fix everything that afternoon by installing a stronger motor, springs, and wheels as well as a new outside remote. Everything now works, and it’s much quieter. I learned a lot about how those pieces work. Thank you, Mitch, for your patience and expertise.

I contacted Precision Garage Door Service for routine maintenance on my garage door. They were running ahead of schedule and were able to come early. While waiting for them, my garage door opener malfunctioned. I went to go close the garage door with the wall mounted service device and it malfunctioned as well.. How often does that happen when you're waiting for a routine maintenance and you end up having a malfunction? My Service Technician, Antonio Mendoza, called and told me his ETA as well as checking with me if it was all right if the Service Techs that he was training could participate in my service. When they got here, I told them about the door issue that just occurred. I requested an estimate from Antonio. We agreed upon the price. The guys got right to work. Antonio showed me the wear and tear on the parts that were causing the problem. He discussed the estimate. I agreed to the work and they finished promptly.. All of the service technicians on site were very professional and friendly.. My labrador retriever check them out as well and they all passed the sniff test...Haha.. I would definitely recommend this company. I will be using them again when I have an install at my other home. A Plus Service!!!
