I requested the torsion springs be replaced All the aforementioned were offered as "options" but made sense to address them In addition all the hand held remotes and even my new 2025 Toyota Corolla rearview mirror Remote garage door opener were configured for me at no additional charge I figured at this time installer probably should just move in LOL Results of the new installation was a super quiet door on rollers and easy to lift using the emergency pull down chain. I would have to give "kudos" to liftmaster for their MYQ Model 98022 garage door opener, it was the latest version.

Caleb Winchester came and provided such great help to replace my garage door motor and spring that were far too old for repair. I had just had a terrible experience with another company and Caleb was able to explain the system to me, what needed replacement for safety and security, and ensured I was taken care of. Very grateful for his kindness and efficiency.

He came, and examined the door and explained what was wrong. Gave me the prices and was able to fix it right then. He showed me how to lubricant my door and cleaned up the site. I was very pleased with the work.
