I like to preface my reviews by providing readers a little about who I am. Im an ex professional baseball player, and career professional, the result of hard work and an unwavering commitment to each & every team and agency I’ve ever worked for, and have very high expectations of people and service providers, and feel that recognizing hard work & professionalism when it so warrants is the embodiment of esteem. I noticed 4 broken brackets on our garage door plus there was a hard piece of plastic protruding from in between 2 garage door panels, and after a “Google”, I read many reviews and selected Precision. Patrick Leahy was the technician sent to our home and It was readily apparent they had sent their 1st String Player. Patrick was professional, approachable, genial & unassuming in nature, who was extremely knowledgeable. He quickly assessed what was wrong with our garage door while educating me in the process (In Laments Terms) regarding their Recommended & Standard Protocol, offering me with options & choices, something “We Humans” always appreciate. My garage is over 20 years old, and Patrick eloquently elaborated that when “Owners” select “Quick Fixes”, that it’s often “Monetary Based”, which he placed no value judgement on, but merely explained the facts as he experienced it. Patrick cared enough to be honest & candid with our family, alerting us to the “State” our current garage door was in, which he concluded, looked to be the result of many prior “Quick Fixes”, resulting in a much larger & more comprehensive job, which we gladly paid to have done. I cannot begin to say enough about our family’s experience with Patrick, his attention to detail and steadfast approach in properly repairing our garage door, and “Thoroughly Testing” it to ensure he was satisfied was second nature to him. It was also immediately evident that Precision has built a “Work Culture” that prioritize excellence, and Patrick most definitely embodies this High Standard & is an excellent Ambassador. As a result of our family choosing Precision we were lucky & grateful for them sending Patrick to our home, as he left our family with the Fruits of his hard work & labor, a finished product that exceeded our family’s expectations. All I can say, from start to finish, this Company receives the Highest Marks. If I could give 11 Stars I would. Thank you again, Rob & Jennifer.

Went real smooth ,called them up made an appointment they were here pretty quick. Gave me a detailed estimate & took care of the problem. Salvatore was very professional!

From my first interaction with Precision Garage Door Service, everything was efficient and professional. The on- line scheduling was a breeze and Brandon, the service tech, arrived on time and was prepared to handle the situation. He surveyed the project, offered me 3 options and did the repairs/installations in a very reasonable amount of time. Upon completion, he pointed out everything he had done, explained how it all worked and showed me the steps I need to take going forward. When Brandon left, my garage was, if anything, cleaner than when he arrived. I cannot speak to cost because I thought the estimate was reasonable and did not seek any other estimates. I can say, that I feel the decision to go with Precision Garage Door Service resulted in good value and I would not hesitate to recommend them to any potential customers.
