Technician Caleb showed up early and he immediately began assessing our situation. He listened to what we were experiencing and thinking it was our Garage door opener not our garage door. Another technician showed up Mitchel to lend a hand. Caleb explained everything that was wrong with our old garage door that was preventing our fairly new electric door opener from working properly.
