    Our garage door opener was nearly 20 years old and had developed a concerning issue — it would jerk oddly and stop right at the start of every closing cycle. Nicholas came out for the diagnosis and was exceptional from start to finish. He was professional, thorough, and walked us through everything he found step by step, including safety concerns with our worn cables and undersized springs that matched exactly what we’d been noticing ourselves — nothing felt like a sales pitch, it was all clearly visible and well explained. Given the age of the system and the safety issues he identified, we decided to move forward with a full replacement. The new setup runs smoothly and quietly, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Nicholas answered every question we had with care and real technical detail, and made the whole process easy to understand.     I was very pleased with the work done by Jordan at precision garage door. It was a very complicated repair and Jordan seem to handle it very skillfully. The only thing I noticed is that there was $100 off for garage door spring replacement that I noticed one day after I paid for the service. I am working with precision to see if I can get the $100 credited. The coupon did say that it needed to be presented at the time of service. We’ll see what happens. I was happy with the work regardless.
