Technician Caleb showed up early and he immediately began assessing our situation. He listened to what we were experiencing and thinking it was our Garage door opener not our garage door. Another technician showed up Mitchel to lend a hand. Caleb explained everything that was wrong with our old garage door that was preventing our fairly new electric door opener from working properly. We had questions and they had answers and were very knowledgeable and gave us answers and of what parts, options and plans that could work for us. We are grateful for their patience and Caleb came with a Big Smile and a Fully Loaded Parts Truck now that was impressive these days for us! As changes were made we were constantly informed and given any possible discount possible and we appreciated that and their honestly very much. Everything is replaced on our 30 year old garage door because I expressed being worried that remaining old parts could cause problems so now we have replaced all parts to our garage door with high quality parts and believe me there's a Big Difference in quality parts out there! Caleb Winchester called with an ETA, showed up on time. Upon arrival explained what would be involved for the repair and went over the cost and preformed a nice clean installation, made sure everything was working smooth, clean up and hauled away all the bad parts.
