Precision Garage Door Service Of Sacramento

I have no reference for Garage Door Service as it was not something that I have ever had to order before today (despite having the use of multiple different garages in the past). My Service Tech was competent and reasonable. He very quickly quoted the cost and gave the reasons why I might want to choose one option versus another. He was quick with his work and the process to pay was simple. In all it was probably one of the easier Home Services that I have had done in recent years.

Great service Antonio diagnosed the problem. Had the parts made the repairs explained everything to me explain my choices of what I could buy and treated us right so things are expensive though. I understand you do what you gotta do to make a buck no hard feelings had to be done you were there on time so thank you. Great job five stars.

Couldn't be more pleased with the service from Precision and particullarly the technician -- Caleb Winchester - who came out on a rainy afternoon to quote and install a new lift and its infrastructure. Caleb was professional, knowledgable and efficient. He took time to answer my many questions and present me with options to chose from. Precision's pricing was reasonable and in line with expectations. From start to finish, the service was great and I'd highly recommend them if you find you need work on your garage door. Ask for Caleb if you can.

Came on time, worked quickly. Friendly. Would recommend but most people could do this work themselves. I’m just not handy at all.

We were extremely surprised and thankful that they were able to provide a same day service call. We called just before lunch on Christmas Eve and they were able to have a technician there by about 1:30. Caleb Winchester was very knowledgeable, he explained our options clearly, did the work quickly, made all the necessary adjustments and left the area clean, all in a couple of hours. Again, this was Christmas eve. We would recommend Caleb and Precision Garage Door to anyone!
