I called at 8:00am, The service man was very attentive to the obvious problem. He showed me the issue. I told him to proceed immediately. He did an excellent job. There was an issue with the card. Antonio with Precision did a great job. He arrived promptly, was courteous and professional throughout, and repaired our garage door quickly. I felt that I paid for what was required and wasn't pressured into anything unnecessary. Happy to do business again.

Andre came out to give an estimate which was fine but was able to do the install too which was great. Price was high for labor. Could have done via HD for about half the price including labor.

The appointment was easy and staff were great. The technician was fast and very efficient in his work. The only thing that was not anticipated was the price, it was a little bit more than what I expected, but i got the discount so i pushed it and in an hour my garage fixed. Thank you
