He listened to what we wanted and didn’t try to upsell us on something we didn’t need. The installers were great—they were fast and made sure to keep everything clean. On Feb 4th, 2026 I had my liftmaster wall mounted garage door opener upgraded The installer noted the shaft bearings needed replacement and I agreed they were rather loose In addition, the wheels that guided garage door were worn out needed to be replaced. I requested the torsion springs be replaced All the aforementioned were offered as "options" but made sense to address them In addition all the hand held remotes and even my new 2025 Toyota Corolla rearview mirror Remote garage door opener were configured for me at no additional charge I figured at this time installer probably should just move in LOL Results of the new installation was a super quiet door on rollers and easy to lift using the emergency pull down chain. I would have to give "kudos" to liftmaster for their MYQ Model 98022 garage door opener, it was the latest version.
