Andre came out to give an estimate which was fine but was able to do the install too which was great. Price was high for labor. Could have done via HD for about half the price including labor.

Couldn't be more pleased with the service from Precision and particullarly the technician -- Caleb Winchester - who came out on a rainy afternoon to quote and install a new lift and its infrastructure. Caleb was professional, knowledgable and efficient. He took time to answer my many questions and present me with options to chose from. Precision's pricing was reasonable and in line with expectations. From start to finish, the service was great and I'd highly recommend them if you find you need work on your garage door. Antonio called in advance letting me know when he would arrive. He was professional and did not try to upsell me on what was needed. Showed me areas of concern and explained why he thought those areas were important. I agreed to what I believe was a reasonable price and had him repair the garage door opener.
