Excellent service and very personable technician!

Came home and garage door would not open. I called Precision and they gave me a window for later that night, between 8 - 10 PM. I didn't think anyone would come. I received a call at 7:15 PM, the tech stated he was on his way. He arrived, after working all day, still had a great attitude. The door was repaired within 45 minutes. I appreciate the great service and professionalism! I recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone who asks!

We highly recommend Precision Garage Door. We contacted them on May 29, 2026, because the spring of our garage door split in half. Antonio was the service representative that evaluated and fixed our spring issue and more. He was friendly, professional, organized, efficient and detailed. He performed multiple points inspection of the garage door and provided his recommendations with options. We ended up getting high quality replacement part installations for our less than adequate original parts to include the springs, ball bearings, cable spools, and rollers. Antonio explained in detail the reasons/purpose for the replacements including information regarding their longevity, especially in prevention from further damage of garage door and motor. The installation process was efficient and organized. Upon completion, Antonio made sure the garage door opened and closed effectively with all that he replaced; and, he made sure all our garage remote controls were functional to include our outdoor key pad entry and auto garage controls. We are very pleased with Antonio's service.

Thanks for installing my new garage door opener. This was not a simple remove and replacement. My old Lift Master was a few inches shorter than the new one. Getting the support brackets to line up was no easy task. Ron did an excellent job of problem solving to make it work. Ron worked non-stop until the job was done. The light is amazing and the new motor is so quiet. Thanks again!
