Caleb (along with trainee Mitchel) communicated well and was responsive to our questions and concerns. He thoroughly evaluated the state of our hardware before explaining what was failing. He readily explained our options and was ready with the equipment we needed the same day. We were impressed with the quality of the installation and attention to detail.

My garage door would not work. I pushed all the buttons but it would not close. I looked at Home Depot and they recommended Precision garage door company. I called and they were able to come in less than 2 hours. They texted me the person’s picture and he called me when he was just a few minutes away. He came, and examined the door and explained what was wrong. Gave me the prices and was able to fix it right then. He showed me how to lubricant my door and cleaned up the site. I was very pleased with the work.
