took my call at 10 pm for sudden problem closing my garage door . Mario came as schedule by 10 am the next day. 10 minute inspection then offered 3 potential levels of repair. repairs were started immediately afterwards ans finished a little over an hour later. great service.

He gave me several repair options, clearly explained the pros and cons of each, and never tried to push me into anything I didn’t need. That kind of honesty really stood out. What impressed me most was how he focused on helping rather than selling. It made me trust him and the company a lot more. If I ever have another issue, I’ll definitely be asking for Brandon again. Our garage malfunctioned on Sunday evening and could not get it opened. My husband had to go to work on Monday…we called the company that had come out the last time, but go the voice mail and then a text that would not be able to send someone until Monday at 8:00 AM…my needed to be on the road by 6:30. We called Precision and they were able to send someone out within a couple of hours…the technician was very professional and was able to fix the problem.

Friendly, knowledgeable. Came on time for both an emergency visit for a stuck open garage door and then for the actual replacement installation. I'm very happy with their service and my new garage door.
