Excellent customer and professional service. Unfortunately I had to deal with broken garage door opener on a Saturday night. I was wondering who would be open to fix my garage door on the weekend with little notice. I searched through Google and came upon Precision Garage Door. I couldn't believe the website said they are available 24 hours. I was able to schedule an appointment the following day with a morning appointment. I didn't expect a quick response via text on a confirmation of my appointment and specific instructions on what needs to be done prior to their visit, a description on what the technician will wear to identify themself as an employee of the company. Prior to the technician arriving I received a text from Precision Garage with the technician name (Caleb) and his arrival time. Caleb arrived at our home and assessed the issue on our garage door opener. He stated he was able to repair the problem but my husband and I wanted to look into possibly replacing the unit since it was already 24 years old. Caleb was very professional and explained to us the various models from Liftmaster, horsepower, chain vs cable that would work best with our garage door. He explained what needed to be replaced now and possibly in the future. Since we decided to make the investment with our double car garage, why not replace the single car door opener too. I was expecting to schedule another appointment for install but he said no need. He had the needed supplies to replace both units. I couldn't believe. He was able to install both garage door openers in 4 hours. The work was done professionally and clean. He was able to explain how each unit works, the special features it has and how to operate it. Thank you Caleb for the excellent installation and taking the time to explain to us in detail what each unit can do besides opening and closing the garage door. Overall, Precision Garage Door is wonderful company to work with to address your garage door needs.

Recently had a spring break on the Garage door, so thanks to the heavy amount of commercials I've seen for Precision I thought id give them a call! Super Fast service! They dispatched a Tech about 10 min after the phone call. received a text with with a Service window of 2 hours, and they arrived about 40 min. after initial phone call. The service tech was very friendly, professional, and informative. BUT shortly after he looked over the garage, the upsell started.... I was looking to just get the Spring replaced, but he pointed out some things based on the age of my door (25 years) that needed replacing. He also started asking me if I was interested in a New opener or door, which I said to go ahead and give me a quote... but I'm not interested at this time, then came the quotes. He gave me 4 options to choose from, 2 of which were options for just the current repair but different levels of repair, 1 quote to repair + a new opener, and 1 quote for a all new door and opener. ALL options were quite costly and just the repair, the bottom option it self was 2/3 MORE than the last spring I had replaced! Given he did upgrade a few things, and was able to find a discount for me...BUT was still way more than I planned on spending for a spring replacement. All in All, it damaged my wallet a little...but it was the best customer service I've had in a while. he wasn't pushy at all, explained why the upgrades were important, and still worked with me on price. All I can say is if you go with precision dont plan on a cheap fix. there business is about the quality of repair and customer service....NOT Wham-Bam cheap fixes.
