Estimate price was higher than two other companies I inquired with but service person was nice he explained me everything very well I like the transparency. I give him thumbs up for work, I watched him do it, he did very good job nice and clean.

Rodney presented the information about a new garage door opener or the option of a check up of my existing device. I opted for the new opener and I'm very glad that I did. It's much quieter and has a smoother operation. Rodney set up all the controllers and explained the extra perks on the main door controller in the house including the lock feature. I am very pleased to have had someone as knowledgeable, pleasant and hardworking as Rodney. The motion detector on this garage door opener is wonderful. All I have to do is wave my hand in front of the control just inside of my garage door, and the light goes on. I don't have to be concerned about walking down my steps in the dark. The app on the phone is also wonderful. I know if my garage door is open or closed just by checking my notifications or looking on that app. The other wonderful part of this garage door opener Is it it is so much quieter and my door does not shake every time it opens. I didn't know that I had to replace the garage door opener immediately, however I am so happy that I did. It makes a big big difference

The work was very professional. He replaced the motor, installed a longer rod, serviced the rollers and advised me that the springs may needed to be replaced in the future. When finished with installation, he explained the new equipment and cleaned up.

I received a garage door consultation and found that my door had to be special ordered due to its size. The consultant let me know that it would take about 4 weeks then someone from the company would call to let me know it arrived and schedule my appointment. The appointment was eventually made and the door installed. The entire process took about two months total. The door looks great and it’s very quiet compared to my old door.
