Andrey {a Precision Technician) arrived in early December to move the manual garage door opener down about 5 to 6 feet. I am almost 5'2" so the person who installed our garage door opener made a bad guess on the location for the manual opener. Andrey graciously moved the manual operating box down to my height! He was so thorough and professional it was a pleasure to have him as my Service Technician. He told me I needed to have the springs on the door replaced in the early part of December. Just before Christmas I was able to schedule Andrey to replace the springs. Again Andrey was very professional and explained everything before he started on the job. Rodney takes his job very serious. He’s all business. Doesn’t blow smoke up the backside. If something needs attention he lets you know. No hard sell. Very professional and is welcomed here anytime. He’s a huge asset to the company.
