Update: Received a call from the manager and not only apologized but refunded us. We ended up having the panel replaced by another company. Appreciate them going out of their wait to clarify and make things right. Called and they sent a guy out the next day which was great. Problem is we paid $350 vs $120 that another company would have charged. The temporary fix was not appropriate based on the issue just so they could try and sell us a new garage door, motor and track system. We were quoted over $3500 for a cheaper door, motor and track system. The appropriate fix was to replace the top panel not temporarily fix it knowing it won't last. We were told our current motor was not in compliance with CA code in hopes that we would buy a new one but what they didn't inform us was that it's ok to still have it because it was installed prior to when the code was put into place. This company is out to over charge you and sell.

Jose is very professional and efficient. He is obviously experienced and knows what he's doing! Jose fixed the issues, walked me through the issues and how he would correct them, and did what he promised. Very pleased of his work and is highly recommended precision.
