Jose is very professional and efficient. He is obviously experienced and knows what he's doing!     Raul came out and repaired the garage door opener and added a slide lock for the door. He also lubricated the rollers. Couldn't be better: we discussed the options (try to reprogram the unit versus replace, upgrade to rollers, etc... )and the price points, and he did all the work very quickly. Best of all, he really explained everything about the motor, the keypad, and the remote controls. Learning how that works is really valuable. He knows his stuff and is just a friendly, personable guy. The price was reasonable too.
