After wasting time and money, I finally called Precision. They sent Carlos, who was extremely professional and performed a full inspection—something the other two companies never did. He walked me through what was wrong, provided clear proof of the issues, and gave me a detailed quote. I approved the work, and he completed everything perfectly, showing me the results afterward. The best part? Precision’s price was actually slightly lower than what those other companies were trying to charge for less work. Lesson learned: just because a company has a nice website and glowing Google reviews doesn’t make it legitimate. I would have saved myself a lot of hassle by calling Precision first. I’ll be using them for all my garage door needs going forward.
