My garage door stopped working properly, called Precision Door and a technician Brachir Gharbi arrived two hours later and corrected the problem - he was personable, skilled and clearly explained everything that was done - all within a reasonable price.

Caleb from Precision Garage Door Service provided fast, excellent, and incredibly polite service. He arrived exactly on time, fixed my door, and replaced my opener perfectly. I also appreciated the veterans discount. The only downside was the cost. I needed a quick fix and didn't shop around, but I later realized their pricing is definitely on the high end, even after the discount. Overall, Caleb did fantastic work, but be prepared for premium pricing.

He explained why regular garage door tune-ups are important, the expected lifespan and condition of the rollers and other components, and how the garage door opener and overall system work together. I especially appreciated the way Bachir educated me without ever being condescending or overly technical. He was patient, professional, and clearly takes pride in both his work and helping customers understand how to properly maintain their garage doors. The difference after his service was immediately noticeable--I can actually hear how much smoother and quieter my garage door is when opening and closing!
