Josh showed up within 1 hour of our call. Our garage door would no longer open as the spring broke.. He worked diligently and patiently for over 5 hours putting in all new springs, rollers and cables. He repaired our door and it is quieter and more efficient than it’s ever been. We would readily recommend Precision to anyone who needed garage door and/opener. Josh also installed a new garage door opener and gave us an excellent tutorial.

One of my garage door cables snapped while I was closing my garage door around 8:00 PM on a Friday Night. Luckily I was able to get my door closed, so I wouldn’t have to sleep in the garage last night. I had no idea who to call, so I googled Garage Door Repair and found Precision Garage Door, and their very good rating and Customer Reviews. I also saw that their business was open until midnight - what ?? That was great. I called and spoke to Scott and he was great to speak with. He set up an appointment with Gabriel (Technician) for Saturday between 8:00 - 12:00. He said that Gabriel would call me when he was coming to my house. Scott e-mailed me all of the information too. Gabriel called me 30 minutes out. He arrived at 8:20. He was able to access the situation and described what he was going to do and what options I had available to me and the projected price point for the two options. Gabriel had every part known to man, on his truck regardless of the type of garage door or age. In a little over an hour he had the job completed. The garage door works seamlessly. I can’t say enough good things about Gabriel and his work, demeanor, and skill set. I’m sold on Gabriel and Precision Garage Door Company. I will tell all my neighbors and friends on who to call should they have any issues with their garage doors or openers. Here it is 9:45 AM in a Saturday, and I can still my Saturday in full. This could go down as one of my “Best” Google Searches, ever !!

Mario came out to fix my garage door when I jammed it and the door wouldn't open. Mario was on time, very professional and knowledgeable and went over and above my expectations. He quickly assessed the problem, and was able to fix my opener, after a couple of minor problems on my part. This was a problematic install. It took three visits for them to patiently measure and remeasure and offer several solutions. When the door was installed, the installers were on time, professional and very helpful. After a few days, the door had settled and began a grating sound. The next day another rep was here, showed me how, where ,and when to oil the parts. It is beautiful and works perfectly. 5 stars for sure!

I would rate the gentleman who came, James Walker, as a 5 star professional. He was kind & competent. HOWEVER... Mr. Walker had told me the rollers I needed were $29/each and that I needed 10, which brought the cost to $290. He "generously" offered not to charge for the labor. In truth, it turns out the rollers he used (nylon with 4" stem) come in packages of 10 for less than $20. I feel completely ripped off, having been charged over $300 for $20 worth of parts & less than an hour of time.

I was very happy with the service. My garage door was out of alignment and stuck partially closed. The Precision Door repair man (Blake) arrived on time, looked over the situation, and carefully explained the options and costs. He replaced all the parts that needed to be replaced and got all the repairs done in a timely fashion. The garage door works better than it has for a while (in retrospect, I realized that it had been slowly failing for several months). I would have no hesitancy in recommending Precision Door for any garage door or opener problems.

We contacted Precision Door to replace a broken spring on our garage door, and they had a crew at our house the next day. The service technician, Joshua told me what the repairs would cost (which was exactly what had been quoted the day before), and then took the time to explain the possible issues that may arise during the repair that could lead to additional charges, so there would not be any surprises - bad cables, etc. The work was completed in less than 30 minutes, and our bill was for exactly the amount quoted, as the job required no additional parts or labor. No surprises, no bait and switch, no hidden charges. The crew was very friendly and professional. They were punctual, polite, and worked quickly. They cleaned up the work site immediately, and the only evidence left that there was any work done was that the garage door now works properly. Outstanding service from the first call to the completion of the work. Highly recommend.
