What impressed me most was how knowledgeable, skillful, and informative Bachir was. As he worked, he took the time to walk me through what he was doing and, more importantly, why he was doing it. He explained why regular garage door tune-ups are important, the expected lifespan and condition of the rollers and other components, and how the garage door opener and overall system work together. I especially appreciated the way Bachir educated me without ever being condescending or overly technical. He was patient, professional, and clearly takes pride in both his work and helping customers understand how to properly maintain their garage doors. The difference after his service was immediately noticeable—I can actually hear how much smoother and quieter my garage door is when opening and closing! I called in late morning and they were able to get someone out by 3 pm. He diagnosed the problem, went over options with me and did not try to pressure me to take the most expensive one. All in all, very satisfied with the service.
