Update: Received a call from the manager and not only apologized but refunded us. We ended up having the panel replaced by another company. Appreciate them going out of their wait to clarify and make things right. Called and they sent a guy out the next day which was great. Problem is we paid $350 vs $120 that another company would have charged. The temporary fix was not appropriate based on the issue just so they could try and sell us a new garage door, motor and track system. We were quoted over $3500 for a cheaper door, motor and track system. The appropriate fix was to replace the top panel not temporarily fix it knowing it won't last. We were told our current motor was not in compliance with CA code in hopes that we would buy a new one but what they didn't inform us was that it's ok to still have it because it was installed prior to when the code was put into place. This company is out to over charge you and sell.

Nathanial checked everything out and found it in good order, except for the keypad. He then replaced it.

Technician Paulino Urias-Mejia was great! On time, courteous, and diligent! Although I only wanted a consultation and I wasn’t ready financially to proceed. I will contact the company and request him when I can afford the services. Thank you

Tech. Arrived ahead of schedule. Gave us two estimates. We chose the full repair. He started on the repair, and about 1.5hrs later he was all done. Nathaniel knows what hes doing. We are very satisfied with Precision garage door service, and will definitely call them if ever needed. Thank you very much!!

Amazing Worker! Showed up on time. Asked a few questions such as when did you last service the door. 18' foot wide door. I said in 1972 when I first installed it. He said NO!! That is impossible. He replaced the springs, the bar bearings and the rollers. He was finished in 1 1/2 hours. He had traveled from Antioch. I felt the price was too and the labor was not listed on the invoice. I am guessing it is due to 24 hour service, but I was able to get the car out of the garage.
