Top notch. Had openers for overhead or the side mount on hand in the truck. Completed the work professionally. The crew was courteous, took the time to explain features and functions, and showed the options for a spread of different costs. My contract was so impressed that he had to get a card to add to his contacts list for the future. The realtor was impressed that the same garage door was so quiet with new rollers and a spring lube and tensioning tune up.

Pretty smoothe process from scheduling to project to finish. Service providers were very nice and efficient. The installer accidentally threw away my garage keypad, but I forgot to tell him I wanted to keep it. We managed to find it but the battery panel was missing, so he gave me a new keypad of the same model that he had in stock on the house. I was very grateful for the generosity. I would use this group again.

We had the opportunity to work with Moran and Solomon. Both of them were great! They listened and helped us make sure the garage door was purchased and installed the way we want it. We really appreciate them and the company. We had work with construction so things were delayed. It was great Precision was sooo flexible and willing to work with us on the scheduling. This was my first time having my garage doors serviced by Precision Garage Door Service. Bachir was the Technician. Bachir was on time in coming out to the house, and he was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He clearly explained my options in having the doors repaired which made it easy for me to make an informed decision. He was methodical and exceptionally thorough in the work he performed, going over and above in customer service by adding a few bolts to stabilize the door rails and even cleaning up some of the excess lubrication I applied to parts that did not need lubrication, basically cleaning up my mistake. He also took the time to show me how to apply lubrication to the appropriate parts of the doors and let me know how often to do this. Bachir answered all my questions about the repair work, general questions about the garage doors, and even ones that were related to sounds that were coming from my garage door openers (which gave me peace of mind). Not only was I extremely pleased with his workmanship, I was also impressed by his expertise and customer service. Thank you, Bachir!
