I wanted to express my kudos to Bachir Gharbi for his help in getting our garage door to work again. In trying to program my car's homelink, I really messed things up and nothing would work. Bachir arrived promptly and corrected my programming goof in a few minutes although I had tried for hours (on YouTube) to correct the programming error myself. He was very punctual, helpful, polite, and game me a very good overall assessment of the system and how to keep it operational for the years to come. Great service. Little costly, but quality workmanship.

My kids had ran into my garage door a couple of times and it was in need of some service, in addition to having a broken spring. I made an appointment with A couple of different companies and ultimately chose Precision garage doors,. I have to say I selected Precision because they deploy quality parts and service. When Rodney called-he let me know he was about 15 minutes away and let me know professionally . The professional arrived at my house on time in the truck in uniform and he gave me an estimate that included an invoice for how much I would pay. I quickly decided that I would take advantage of the fact that he was ready to do the work right then and there. I also was happy to see that when he did the repairs, He went over everything and showed me things that I didn’t know were wrong with my garage and gave me several different scenarios for how I could repair and or replace and the quality of his replacement parts were really really good because I had done my homework.
