Andrey {a Precision Technician) arrived in early December to move the manual garage door opener down about 5 to 6 feet. I am almost 5'2" so the person who installed our garage door opener made a bad guess on the location for the manual opener. Andrey graciously moved the manual operating box down to my height! He was so thorough and professional it was a pleasure to have him as my Service Technician. He told me I needed to have the springs on the door replaced in the early part of December. Just before Christmas I was able to schedule Andrey to replace the springs. Again Andrey was very professional and explained everything before he started on the job. Technician Joel J came out and installed a wall mount opener for me. He really needs a raise! He was friendly, thoughtful and extremely professional. Overall just a good person. If youre looking for someone to represent your company hes hands down the guy! Definitely recommending you guys!

He not only repaired the main problem but he found several other issues with the door that he immediately fixed.
