Andrey {a Precision Technician) arrived in early December to move the manual garage door opener down about 5 to 6 feet. I am almost 5'2" so the person who installed our garage door opener made a bad guess on the location for the manual opener. Andrey graciously moved the manual operating box down to my height! He was so thorough and professional it was a pleasure to have him as my Service Technician. He told me I needed to have the springs on the door replaced in the early part of December. Just before Christmas I was able to schedule Andrey to replace the springs. Again Andrey was very professional and explained everything before he started on the job.
