Service was great and our technician was awesome. Only thing that kind of sucks is that they weren't able to sync the garage control to the front gate of the complex. Other than that. Service was awesome!

I called Precision Garage Door Service again today because the door would continually stop part way down and reopen. Within an hour and a half Bachir Gharbi arrived, checked everything out and found nothing wrong with the door itself. It turned out that the problem was with my 15 year old door opener. Bachir explained options for a new motor and installed the motor I chose within a couple of hours. The door works beautifully now. Bachir was very professional, fully explained what he was doing, and had a great personality. I could not be more pleased with the service I received.
