Adrian was very helpful and made sure the repair was done correctly with the right tension in the springs for our garage door. He gave us options for replacing our door and explained how they worked, but was not pushy at all. He was very friendly and professional.

Armando was fantastic. He cane to replace rollers (which he did) but confirmed something we noticed about the springs. They were too weak for the garage door opener. The door would slam down in manual as well. We had him replace the springs with heavy duty ones, and the difference is not and day. We didn’t anticipate the extra expense but thought it was wise not to wait for the opener to blow out. He was informative, patient, and easy to deal with. Will definitely go back.

Installer/Technician Miles Herrera appeared right on time, analyzed our existing door opener system, demonstrated its deficiencies, and showed us how it could be improved and be brought up to code for a reasonable price. This included installation and repair & servicing of our door and springs. Miles was polite, friendly, and efficient, completing the whole job within an hour and a half of his arrival. We are very pleased and highly recommend Precision's service and their competent team. 1 year later: Callback to repair owner-caused damage to sensor. Miles arrived on time and made complete repair.
