This company is very professional… from the moment I talked to them, they are on top of things, setting up appointment and following up with text message remainders. Technician, Kyle called and sent an introductory text before showing up and he is such a great guy… very adept and on point. Found our new garage man! I would highly recommend Precision Garage to anyone needing garage door repairs and or replacement!

Installer/Technician Miles Herrera appeared right on time, analyzed our existing door opener system, demonstrated its deficiencies, and showed us how it could be improved and be brought up to code for a reasonable price. This included installation and repair & servicing of our door and springs. Miles was polite, friendly, and efficient, completing the whole job within an hour and a half of his arrival. We are very pleased and highly recommend Precision's service and their competent team. 1 year later: Callback to repair owner-caused damage to sensor. Miles arrived on time and made complete repair. He met or exceeded my expectations at a fair price. I'll always call Precision for any garage door repair.

Armando was fantastic. He cane to replace rollers (which he did) but confirmed something we noticed about the springs. They were too weak for the garage door opener. The door would slam down in manual as well. We had him replace the springs with heavy duty ones, and the difference is not and day. We didn’t anticipate the extra expense but thought it was wise not to wait for the opener to blow out. He was informative, patient, and easy to deal with. Will definitely go back.

Julian Bacca did a great job getting my garage door back up and running. After doing an investigation on the current remote, sensors and motor, he found the root cause, a damaged gear. He replaced the motor, worn springs, sensors and wall switch within a hour. Overall the whole experience was great.
