Precision Garage Door Service Of Stevenson Ranch

I came home from the gym the other day like any other normal day, but when I went to close my garage it made a loud, unusual banging noise. Upon closer inspection, I could see that the spring had broken, causing the door to come crashing down. I immediately called Precision Door Services and they were able to get a technician out to my house within a couple of hours. The technician who arrived was Armando, and he was extremely courteous & knowledgeable. He walked me through both repair and replacement options without pushing anything we didn’t need. We ended up going with a permanent repair to get the garage door fully operational by end of day, and Armando had everything finished in about two hours. He had all the materials needed on hand & left door is working better than before. I’m very thankful for Armando and the Precision Door Services team for their prompt and friendly service. If you’re looking for a garage door technician in the area, I’d highly recommend giving them a call.

Great service and polite crew, but the price gouging on parts is a dealbreaker. Charging $29 for a $5 hinge is hard to swallow, even considering business overhead. I'd recommend the labor, but the material costs were disappointing

Complete work in 1 hr . Very please. .only one draw back. It took over an hour to come from Monterey Park to my residences. Mr. Armando, said will be here in 20-30 mins. He very politely apologize.

Technicians were very polite and courteous. Fortunately it was only sensor alignment issue but a service was performed . The complete service lasted maybe 1/2 hour. Hopefully that service will ensure system reliability. Thanks for quick response.
