Armando was fantastic. He cane to replace rollers (which he did) but confirmed something we noticed about the springs. They were too weak for the garage door opener. The door would slam down in manual as well. We had him replace the springs with heavy duty ones, and the difference is not and day. We didn’t anticipate the extra expense but thought it was wise not to wait for the opener to blow out. He was informative, patient, and easy to deal with. Will definitely go back.

Brandon arrived as scheduled, diagnosed the problem and quickly gave me an estimate. Although he offered to go and get the needed parts and come back later to fix our problem, it was late in the day so I told him to go home to his family and come back early the next day. He showed up early and quickly fixed the problem.
