Same day service to fix our broken spring ($500 including a $99 service charge… a little pricey but we had to get it done). The lady that took my call was very nice and professional (Rachael) and Nick who did the repair was great with one exception. We let him borrow our ladder and when he returned it, he placed it against our brand new fridge in the garage instead of a wall or somewhere else. The fridge was literally wrapped in plastic and sitting on cardboard…literally a brand new fridge we are installing… thankfully he didn’t scratch it but a little common sense would have been nice. Repair was done in about an hour.
