Zach and his co-worker evaluated our double garage door springs, rollers, cables, and bearings took pictures and gave us 3 options to repair and replace. Since our equipment was all 24 years old and original from when our home was built in 2001 with the accompanying pictures of wear and tear we decided to replace it all. They were thorough, efficient, and reviewed their work with me when done. This is the third time I have used Precision over the years and the service and employees are great. I was impressed with the service we received from your company. They had a technician out the same day and would have been able to make repairs that day. But, after listening to Zac's advice and understanding how bad of condition our door was we opted to have the whole unit replaced. Zac was able to get the estimate done, we approved the work and as promised he returned within 3 days with new door and all the accessories for a complete replacement. Zac was very professional, organized and diligent in his work. Everything was done as promised, on time and as estimated.
