The spring broke this morning on a 6 year garage door. I called at 1pm and Brett was here by 2:30. He replaced both springs and was done in under 1 hour. Brett was extremely knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. I highly recommend Precision Door and definitely ask for Brett...he is a real customer service professional.

Fast, efficient, and thoughtful This work was for a rental property where the garage door would not close and the operator was no longer working. Our technician fixed the garage door so that it would close, evaluated whether the operator could be repaired, and then returned the next day to replace the operator.

Tom was great and understanding. I had inadvertently knocked the safety sensor off its rail with my snow-blower and therefore the door wouldn't operate. Tom diagnosed the problem in no time at all and was gone before I hardly knew it. Great service.

Tom did not re install the Trolley arm Mount bracket on the door properly after installing a new trolley. After 3 days the Bracket snapped off and the door dropped.

Service completed quickly and earlier than expected. Service Rep was very professional. The price for the spring replacement was much more than a friend paid recently. About $178.00 more than he paid. The service did not include a lifetime warranty as mentioned on the website. I did receive a credit for the service charge after I spoke to a company rep about not receiving the special service rate I was quoted on the phone.

We did discuss the difference in the quality of parts we use compared to the builder grade parts our competitors install. Our high cycle springs are rated at 30,000 cycles and most builder grade springs rate at 10,000 cycles. Your invoice will show parts listed at the a-la-carte pricing (price per each part) and the final costs will show the discounts applied. Our technician did a "overhaul" or re-build on your door, replacing not only the springs but all worn or damaged parts, as agreed upon. Precision Garage Door is competitive in our pricing and we stand by the quality of our parts and the knowledge of our trained and certified technicians.
