My garage door cable became stuck and the door unable to open. I used the 24/7 online chat feature to speak to a representative who scheduled me an appt the next morning. A few hours later I got a call from Bill who said he can swing by as it was an easy fix. Bill came by got the cable unstuck, tightened a few things and my garage door was working again. I appreciate the 24/7 online chat as my incident happened at 430am!! Highly recommended!!! Five Stars!!! Very Professional!!! Thank you!

We called Precision simply from the reviews we saw online for our area after our coil/cable system snapped. Jesse was our technician. He called 20 min. out, was very kind and courteous, assessed the issue quickly, removed any potential hazards, gave us a couple of quote options, scheduled the service for the following day, cleaned up, and sent us the invoice quote for the service all within an hour. Kudos to Jesse! Thanks for living up to the Precision Door theme song promise.

Mark came by on a Saturday after a spring snapped on our door Friday evening. We had been thinking of replacing the 40 year old door, this forced our decision of what to do. Mark opened the door so we could get our cars out. We discussed options and decided to replace it. Mark ordered the door and was back out on Wednesday with the new door and opener. Mark did a great job installing it and came back out to make some adjustments. Mark showed a lot of professionalism. Along with that he was very personable and patient. Great guy!

Amazing! This service was amazing! I called on a whim expecting to have to schedule a week out and they sent a tech within a couple of hours. Marc showed up after he called a head. After opening the garage door and hearing the noise and seeing the garage unit he immediately knew it needed to be replaced. He walked me through what that entailed. We agreed and he had it done soon after. He was nice, knowledgeable, and the overall experience was lovely!

I called the Company in the morning to see when I can get a technician out and she had an appointment set up for that same day in the afternoon. The guys were very efficient, professional and very nice. The repair lasted about 20 mins and they were there do a total of 40 mins to diagnosis the problem, do the repair, and then go over everything with me and take my payment. I would highly suggest calling them for any of your garage door problems.
