Brandon is very professional, kinowledeable, very courtreous and very friendly. My wife said she would hire Brandon to do any job the house required. Brandon arrived on time and went to work straigh-a-way installing our new Liftmaster motor. As soon as he completed the installation, Brandon called us out to give us a completee orientation in the operation of the Liftmaster system! We loved how quietly the system ran as well as all the security features. I was attracted to Precision from their national advertising and wanted the confidence and securiety knowing there is a professional standing by to help us when the need arises..

When we called we asked for an estimate to replace a broken torsion spring. We were told they couldn’t give an estimate over the phone and needed to come out. The service tech gave us a price which we thought was questionable and when told that he said they should have given you a approximate price over the phone. Conflicting statements by employees. So we paid $99 for information that should have been given over the phone. Disgusting!

A spring broke on my garage door on Wednesday evening. I called and was able to schedule an appointment for the first thing Thursday morning. Tom arrived at the beginning of the 8-10 window (and called to let me know he was coming). He replaced the springs and bearings in the door for less than $1,000 and it was fixed within the hour. He was polite and professional and explained everything he needed to do clearly. Overall, this was an excellent experience. As a first-time homeowner, it’s good to have a reliable company I can trust to call in the future!

The programming for the various openers ceased functioning. After I called for service I received a call from Bill, the supervisor who was in the neighborhood. He responded quickly and was able to reset the programming for all of the control units and was very generous with his fee. Precision installed the opener. We are very pleased with both the install (in 2021) and the prompt service when called. We will use them again when we install a second opener in our garage. The young lady that took my service request call was friendly, prompt in her actions, and was pleasant to speak to. Good company, excellent service.

LOL I had to laugh, cause I checked everything, read the manual, thought it was the motor... and yet within two minutes, he found the broken wire on the sensor.. This was the third time we have called on Precision to do work for us , the first time I found them randomly on line and Tom the technician was very polite and helped me with my problem , I was very impressed so when we needed new rollers for our door we call them again and again they did an awesome job ( yes we got Tom again) well yesterday at the end of the day our spring broke on the Garage door and of course we had plans for the night but I called and and set up a service call for later that same evening but I got a call from Tom 15 minutes later saying he was on his way and I believe he was in and out replacing the springs and some badly damaged bushings in no time at all and again he was very friendly and professional and explained everything he was doing . I have already recommended Precision to friends
