Update - 10/2025 We had Precision Door come back out to check how the door was operating a year later. They were responsive and came out within a day to make a few minor adjustments to the new parts. And it was covered under their warranty service. I'm impressed by their customer service and grateful for their amazing techs. ----------------- I called Precision Door Service at 9am and had their tech Jessie out here by noon. Very fast. Their communications about what would happen and their upfront service visit fee were forthright and good. Jessie called before he arrived and arrived when they said. The service review was great. Jessie explained everything in a completely clear and understandable way. He was honest about what was aging and needed work, and what parts of the system were in good order. He showed me visually what he meant, which gave me confidence and made it clear what was starting to fail on my garage door system. He updated my system same day within a few hours. I couldn't be happier with how quiet my garage door is now. The 20-year old remotes and keypad system were working poorly when I called. Now I have a brand new system which is better. He showed me how to use the new app that goes with it. Fantastic experience with this company and their technician. Thank you!

Needed a new spring that broke. They were arrived the day I called and replaced the garage door spring with a much better, higher grade spring system than the original builder grade system. Service person was friendly and highly skilled.
