Zac was our technician and he was absolutely amazing!!!! He was very knowledgeable, personable, and very efficient. The cost is very reasonable. We will ONLY be using Precision Door Service and Zac!!!! Thank You again so much Zac your Awesome!!!!!

The tech was great and very knowledgeable and explained all my options to me. He had all the parts with him so could fix everything right away and my garage door is working perfectly now! 6/5 stars

Update - 10/2025 We had Precision Door come back out to check how the door was operating a year later. They were responsive and came out within a day to make a few minor adjustments to the new parts. And it was covered under their warranty service. I'm impressed by their customer service and grateful for their amazing techs. ----------------- I called Precision Door Service at 9am and had their tech Jessie out here by noon. Very fast. Their communications about what would happen and their upfront service visit fee were forthright and good. Jessie called before he arrived and arrived when they said. The service review was great. Jessie explained everything in a completely clear and understandable way. He was honest about what was aging and needed work, and what parts of the system were in good order. He showed me visually what he meant, which gave me confidence and made it clear what was starting to fail on my garage door system. He updated my system same day within a few hours. I couldn't be happier with how quiet my garage door is now. The 20-year old remotes and keypad system were working poorly when I called. Now I have a brand new system which is better. He showed me how to use the new app that goes with it. Fantastic experience with this company and their technician. Thank you!

Excellent responsive service and repair was done quickly and professionally.

Our garage door spring broke and the door was stuck so I called Overhead Garage door. The lady who answered the phone wa very friendly and she got us someone out to fix it that day! Then the guy who came out to fix our door was fantastic. He was professional, and very nice! He got the door fixed fast. He also noticed some loose screws on the door and tightened them up for us! Everything was great from start to finish!
