James was prompt, polite, friendly and thorough. I had waited 5 days for “same day service” from Speedy and had their technician and manager refuse to return my calls. Precision was a welcome change and good service.

Brian came out right away and took care of the issue. He did a great job and was very nice to work with. I needed a new door and he installed it the next day.

Our garage door broke the night before Thanksgiving and was firmly stuck in the open position, even after hand releasing. We called a recommended company who could not come for an ‘urgent’ appointment until Saturday. At Thanksgiving dinner a relative recommended Precision, so I called first thing Friday morning. They scheduled us the same day, our technician Brian arrived several minutes early, and got right to work repairing our door and replacing worn parts. Considering the age of the garage doors original to our home, we anticipated many companies would try to convince us that the entire door needed to be immediately replaced. Yet Brian from Precision did not try to upsell us on any unnecessary parts, repairs, or door replacements, while still showing us which springs and doors would need attention sooner rather than later. He even took time to tighten some parts on our third stall door. The repair only took an hour at a price was lower than expected considering the urgent appointment. The door runs more quietly now and it was a relief not to have it hanging open overnight for a third night waiting on another company. We look forward to using Precision again when we are ready to move forward with fully replacing our doors, and would highly recommend their services to others.

I was impressed with the service we received from your company. They had a technician out the same day and would have been able to make repairs that day. But, after listening to Zac's advice and understanding how bad of condition our door was we opted to have the whole unit replaced. Zac was able to get the estimate done, we approved the work and as promised he returned within 3 days with new door and all the accessories for a complete replacement. Zac was very professional, organized and diligent in his work. Everything was done as promised, on time and as estimated. I highly recommend Precision Door Service and they should know that they have a very professional rep/technician in Zac B.

Precision was awesome with my experience. My garage door wouldn’t open more than a foot, and had locked my car in the garage. Luckily, Precision reached out the next day to take care of my problems. Ryan came out and had the problem fixed within an hour, and was more than happy to answer any questions I had about my garage door components. Will be using them again!
