Josh was amazing. He was friendly, professional and diligent about his work. He explained what was needed and answered anll my questions. He installed the new parts and when he was done, the garage looked better than when he arrived!! He swept it out to make sure there were no nails etc. on the ground. Another example of his professionalism, He explained everything in detail. All in all, a very positive experience and I would definitely recommend Precision ..

If there was a 20 star rating, you would have it! Izak replaced my motor 2 years ago and now the spring was broken. I called yesterday at almost 5:00 PM and requested Izak to repair the spring. He was here by 2:00 today, replaced the spring and performed some other small fixes to ensure that I wouldn't have any further problems. He is, simply, THE BEST! Thank you to the entire Precision team for such prompt and accurate service.

Stefan Harris came out on an extremely hot Saturday morning and was an absolutely lovely gentleman with incredible knowledge and work ethic. He gave me a courtesy call and told me he was 20 mins away, which gave me time to get ready. He did a 25 point inspection and immediately recognized the problem. He carefully explained why my garage door wasn’t working properly and gave me several options to address the current issue, and address any possible future issues. He was very conscientious and explained everything clearly and precisely. He was extremely fair and didn’t try to push parts or services that I didn’t need, which I greatly appreciated, but he did talk me through possible future issues. When the time arrives, I will definitely call Precision Overhead Garage Door Service and ask them to send Stefan over again. Kudos to your company, and congratulations for having such a wonderful employee. 5 stars!

I saw my springs were split. Even though the garage door surprisingly opened, I did not want to risk. I called Precision Door. They scheduled a tech to our house. He called me when enroute with a 30 minute window. He inspected the 28 year old garage door and showed frayed cables also. All repaired with 1 hour

Not happy this time, needed a drive belt and the tech that came out was more interested in the big sale. I don't like that, i have used this company in the past with no issue but felt like something was not right this time. the tech was more like a car salesmen trying to upsell. Yes I understand the unit is 13 years old, but it runs and functions as it is designed to with no other issues. I ended up finding a local repair guy and had it taken care of.

Our garage door wouldn't open on Sunday. I called Precision on Sunday, and I was pleasantly surprised, someone answered the phone, and scheduled an appointment for Monday morning.Travis came out to the house. He was definitely courteous, and professional. He repaired the problem, and also installed a surge protector to prevent future damage to the system. You definitely need that in Florida! I highly recommend them!
