I had a 18 ft . garage door that was made of wood and had deteriated so bad it would not work. i called Precision salesman came out gave me a price that was very resonable the next i had a new door. These guys are great and do exactly what they say.

Joshua Figueroa (the Technician) was on time; was courteous, professional, attentive and patient w/ my questions, provided clear instructions and took the time to go over the different options available. Instead of pushing for "everything new" he repaired what needed repairing and only replaced what needed to be replaced. Joshua is an excellent asset to your company.

One of the springs on my garage door snapped at about 1000. I called Danielle at 1030, Josh arrived shortly after 1200. The job was completed and the door was opening in about 2 hours. 4 hours from "Oh crap" to "No worries". These guys rock.

precision charged $ 600 liftmaster costed at $ 259 Home depot , repairman quotes included 2 springs installed I approved charge $760 20 minutes later , job done no springs , no paper invoice to review , charde labor / service call charge 250 more for garage door motor , thaks for nothing , ps Im not RICH

Initially, Bryan came and replaced some parts on the garage door but it did not entirely fix the issue. The next visit by Christian was to see why the door was not opening and closing correctly. I appreciate the time Christian took to evaluate the garage door issue. He tried several things to make sure what he told me was the problem before he left. Your technicians are well trained and very customer friendly. You should be proud of your employees.

Chris was awesome. He identified the problem I was having with my old opener, replaced it with a better one, plus installed a keypad in no time flat. He was very friendly, knowlidgeable and adhered to the cdc safety guidelines to prevent any spread of covid 19.

Issue with detectors, price was quoted and repairs where done. My strong concern is with the virus with seniors getting hit the hardest why workers are not wearing booties when they enter a garage, boots can carry the virus, also everything the workers touch they should disinfect it. I have 2 large Rubbermaid containers in my garage, that are disinfected that I put water, can goods etc in when they are delivered to my house by instacart etc, to my horror they where in the way of the worker instead of asking me to move them he kicked them with his boot!!! He was so concerned about himself. They where containers that where meant for food, water storage. Your workers need to be trained better on what they can touch!!
