On a Saturday Eve (a Holiday weekend to boot!), they answer the phone and gave a great quote. They were able to set the appointment for the following morning. John texted his ETA, and arrived promptly. He was personable, knowledgeable, and gave me different options to solve the issue. The door was fixed within an hour. I chose Precision when I moved into my townhome 5 years ago. They did a great temporary fix which lasted 5 1/2 years until it started acting up. I called & got an immediate response visit & estimate! Everyone was more than helpful. When you call, someone picks up in less than a minute. The salesperson who came out was knowledgeable and very helpful to me when choosing between options, and the installer rocked. He walked me through everything. He showed me where to lubricate with spray periodically, reviewed the wall switch options and remotes, and even helped me program my car to the door. That was so helpful for me. This firm walks the talk and if you do not give this firm an opportunity to give you a quote, you will be missing out on a quality door with excellent service. BTW, I shopped around and this price was the best!

I called Precision on 04/04/23 to see if a technician could be dispatched immediately to assess why my garage door stopped working the night before. I was grateful that same day service was offered during the phone call and within a couple of hours afterwards technician Adam Miechle called me to say that he was 10mins away. Adam’s inspection resulted in a broken motor for which wehe offered to repair or replace

Just had a wonderful experience with Keith at Precision. We had a 23 yr old garage door opener that we kept fixing. Keith told us how much we have spent in the span of 2 yrs and were shocked. Needless to say we had Keith install a new opener and programmed our cars, installed key pad, all at a reasonable price. Keith was knowledgeable, no high pressure at all. MY TECH WAS EXCELLENT. On Time within the time slot quoted, Well spoken and well trained in his craft and diagnostic skills. The garage door is very old (but has been kept in good repair) additionally, the door is not one a repair person would typically encounter. Your Tech carefully and expertly assessed the garage door from every direction and function. His articulate evaluation found an errant 2X4 had inadvertently shifted from behind a stored stack of 2X4’s, causing the door’s operation to become impeded. Please be an advised I will never hesitate to recommend your company very highly!!!!
