Just disappointed that Beau was not permitted to make adjustments on 2-car garage door with a screen door that was installed by Thumper. I was not told that when I made the appointment. Otherwise, I was very impressed with how well the work was done on my golf cart door!

I worked on my garage door for 2 hours after it broke. Then I called Precision...I called at 3:30pm and Ulises showed up the same day at 5:00pm....I've had a lot of companies do business for me, but its near impossible to get a company to show up the same day you requested and one hour and 30 minutes after your request. Not only did he quickly solve my problem, but he was honest and didn't try to sell me a new garage door. He fixed mine for $49.95! I am still in disbelief that it was so quick, professional, and no nonsense!...just impressive, timely, honest and incredible service...I would highly recommend this company and be sure to ask for Ulises, with Precision Garage Door Service. Even the phone dispatcher was so incredibly professional and polite. Can I give them all 10 stars? I was only allowed to give a max of 5 stars but I would double that!
