We had an incredible experience with Precision Overhead Garage Doors. Roland truly went above and beyond, it was unbelievable how much time and care he put into rebuilding our entire garage door system. He was patient as he had to wait for his coworker Hiram to arrive who travelled an hour and a half to assist, and they never rushed the process, making sure everything was done right….even at 9:30 on a Friday night. Both technicians who worked with us were polite, kind, and professional the entire time. It’s rare to see that level of dedication and craftsmanship. We’re so grateful for their work and would highly recommend Precision to anyone without hesitation.

Had new springs, cables, bearings and hardware replaced, including custom labor to an old, poorly original installed garage door system and structure. Rob did great job bringing it back to life and now operates perfectly. Highly recommend this company. Great value for the price I paid.
