Our Technician From Precision Door was on time called on his way to give us an estimated time he would be there and he was. He went over with us our problems and concerns and then did an inspection and proposed things to do to improve the safety and functionality of the door in order of the most important first to least important last and gave us option of picking and choosing what we wanted to have done then put together a price and we excepted and within an hr or 2 he was done everything he said he would do he did and went above and beyond anything we ever expected. We appreciated Precision coming out on Saturday we couldn't get our door up or down so we were very happy they were able to help us so quickly. We would say the price was on point for the quality and Professionalism the tech showed thru the whole process. Thanks Precision we will recomend you to all people that we know.
