Precision Garage Door was THE most fantastic company to work with. My garage door opener/motor was shot..just when I was leaving for work...and door wouldn't close. I called them right away..and Tyler answered and got me all set up with an appt asap that day...very helpful and pleasant. They sent Joel out to service the garage motor..and he was able to get to the house asap even before the time frame window. Joel assessed the situation and took me step by step what needed to be done. He was so nice and patient with all of my questions...since I know nothing about garage openers. He sent me before and after pictures...worked so hard all day, called to let me know when he finished. Joel was just one of the best technicians I have ever encountered.
