I had a very good experience with my technician. He was courteous & polite. I ended replacing a wall door opener that was defective. He also said my opener had bad springs & shaft. I had the springs, shaft replaced & then serviced. I thought the price was pretty high but I knew the price before the work was done. I can’t complain. Overall I was pleased with the experience. I do seem to have one small issue. 3 times when closing the door it reverses & opens again. I may need to have a technician back out if this keeps happening. Thank you, Jerry Graham

Danial was the tech that helped us with a hung garage door. He did a thorough exam of our door and pointed out certain mechanical items that had visible wear and tear. Our door was about 43 years old. He explained how the critical parts could be replaced with more updated parts. He worked with us and clearly explained items and costs and gave us all the pros and cons. He was very efficient. He answered all our questions and explained what he was doing, step by step.
