We had a lighting strike and it burned out my motor and after 20 years of service I should have expected it to die somewhere along the line. The tech came out and diagnosed the problem right away and gave me a quote along with some other suggestions to improve the function of the door. After 20 years of service, and remembering what I paid 20 years ago the sticker shock caught me by surprise. I relized that it was the going rate for a replacement. The job was done great the Tech was very nice and I am very happy with the new replacement motor and the door tune up. Thanks Precision !
