Daniel laid out the items that needed to be done and the things that could wait. He showed me the pricing of each item. When his work was completed he demonstrated the operation of the door, and explained the warranty which by the way is 7 years parts and labor. Pricing was reasonable . I highly recommend this company for residential garage door repair. The job was done the day after I called.
