Joel did an excellent job repairing our garage door. He showed us where the cable was damaged and explained exactly what he repaired and replaced. The garage door is so quiet now when it goes up and down. I love the new key pad and extra functions that make it so much more convenient and easy to use. Joel took the time to also show us these new functions and how to maintain the door and new keypad. I highly recommend having your door repaired by Precision. New cables, rollers, key pad, springs, garage door opener, remote…basically replaced everything that was broken.

I replaced the door opener and all the parts of the door to make it work properly. My garage door was not working as it should since it had been installed by another company in 2017. I love my precision garage door. It's beautiful and the color is perfect. I gave only a four-star for a couple different reasons, 1., I never give anybody a perfect score, there's always room for improvements. 2. is because of the misunderstanding and confusion when we first ordered the door. All was corrected to buy you guys. I recommend precision door to anyone who is shopping for garage doors. Beau and Dillan are the best they are great workers and they work really good together. They know what they're doing. It was my cousin Rick that recommended Precision.

The technician came out when promised and knew his stuff. Got the repairs done pretty quickly and explained everything. Replaced Torsion Springs, Drums and Cables...both sides are new to assure that the other side wouldn't fail too.

Called for service before 7 am on a Saturday as my garage door was not working, and phone was answered promptly by a very pleasant, real person named Tim. Appointment made for service the same morning and technician Chris arrived right on time. He was courteous, knowledgeable and professional in diagnosing the problem with my garage door. After providing the estimate for the repairs, he went right to work (even in terrible heat) and finished in a timely manner. He explained my new system completely and provided options I could choose. This is the best service I have received in my 76 years of life. I called and got same day service which is unheard of in this area of North Central Florida. The technician was knowledgeable and very polite and helpful. He fixed a manufacturing defect in a 2 year old door and replaced all the already worn out plastic rollers. I will not buy another Wayne Dalton door, the quality they used to have is not there anymore. I bought the door during the pandemic, it took 6 months to get and it turned out to be very poor quality. I wish I had called Precision Doors to do the original installation!
