Precision Garage Door was very responsive and timely. Josh the Technician was on time, polite, efficient, and appeared knowledgeable. He had the needed parts on his truck. Our broken spring was repaired quickly. However, they’re pricey in my opinion, especially given the minimal time spent. If your priority is a timely repair, I recommend them. If you’re on a tight budget, you want to shop around.

I would like to Thank Precision Garage Door Service for Prompt and Professional Service. My Garage door spring broke on Sunday night, I went online and scheduled an appointment for Monday between noon and 4pm they came back with an Appointment time between noon and 2pm. Technician William Mosley showed up at a little after 1pm after I received at Text that he was on the way. William was Professional and we discussed the issue with the garage door. William also made suggestions on additional work that I would benefit with on 28-year-old door hardware. William gave me a quote, and I agreed on the quote and within the hour William had replaced the center bearing, my Door Springs with the proper springs, and adjusted them, he replaced my door rollers and adjusted my door opener. I am well pleased with the service I received from Precision and William Mosley.
