The spring in my garage door broke over the weekend and I booked an online appoint with Precision. They confirmed the appointment and called and texted with details about the tech before he even got to my place. The tech, Shane Ince, was very professional, shared with me my options, told me total life of each of the openers, promptly fixed my issue, shared pictures and details on the inspection done, and left my place without any sign that he was there.
