a few years ago, I had Precision Garage Door Service install a new garage door system in our garage which included new doors. The did a great job at a reasonable price. Last week our remote door opener on the outside or the doors stopped working and so I called Precision to check it out. The service rep called me immediately to guided me on how to reset the remote opener. If I could reset the opener, I would not have to have a service call. I could not reset it, so he immediately came to my home and replaced the unit that had just worn out. He was pleasant, competent and we are very happy with the replacement. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

I am a repeat customer with Precision Garage Door Service company. I had a complete garage install on my prior home. I moved into my current home and on Tuesday, December 23 my garage door would not open or close fully. I contacted Precision on Friday, December 26th and they scheduled a technician to come the next day. First of all, I love when a company gives me a window of time and exceeds my expections by arriving earlier. I was notified that Josh Caro, the service technican assigned to me would arrive at 9:00 a.m. (An hour before the scheduled time window) Upon his arrival, he asked me a few questions and then explained in detail to me what the problems were and provided a few options to get my garage working again. I made a decision and Josh got to work! Josh completed the repairs and replacement of parts in a timely manner. He was professional and delightful. As I have done in the past I will continue to refer Precision Garage Door Service to my neighbors and friends. As I am so pleased that they continue to employed experienced individuals like Josh Caro.

It was a great experience. It can be over priced if going with many things that might need fixed. It was a little over price for my repair. Not by too much. I was happy.

We had an amazing experience with Precision Garage door repair. Our expert was Shane Ince and he was friendly, knowledgeable, and excellent at his job! We had bought a garage door opener that was too small and it basically tore apart. He gave us options and had it a new one installed in an about 2 hours! I cannot recommend them and him enough!
