The spring in my garage door broke over the weekend and I booked an online appoint with Precision. They confirmed the appointment and called and texted with details about the tech before he even got to my place. The tech, Shane Ince, was very professional, shared with me my options, told me total life of each of the openers, promptly fixed my issue, shared pictures and details on the inspection done, and left my place without any sign that he was there. My Garage door spring broke on Sunday night, I went online and scheduled an appointment for Monday between noon and 4pm they came back with an Appointment time between noon and 2pm. Technician William Mosley showed up at a little after 1pm after I received at Text that he was on the way. William was Professional and we discussed the issue with the garage door. William also made suggestions on additional work that I would benefit with on 28-year-old door hardware. William gave me a quote, and I agreed on the quote and within the hour William had replaced the center bearing, my Door Springs with the proper springs, and adjusted them, he replaced my door rollers and adjusted my door opener. I am well pleased with the service I received from Precision and William Mosley.
