This is my second time using Precision Garage Door Service. My tech Shane Ince went above and beyond, bookingbwas super easy, it was all online! He came out did the assessment and gave me two options and both were very affordable. So I got my garage fixed and then I paid. In both cases my techs were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Well worth it!

Precision garage door service was excellent again. When my garage door opener, experienced a problem I called them and was able to get an appointment quickly. Josh came out ( service technician ) and was very knowledgeable, personable and explained all my options. We reviewed the options, costs and decided on the two repairs that would be done at this time. Josh completed the work in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend this company and Josh as a service technician for anyone needing garage door services.

Excellent job. Professional and experienced to know all the things to look for. I had them install one a few years ago and he made sure everything was working properly. On our second door he explained why we needed new springs but, due to an oversight on the previous repairs (one spring had been installed incorrectly) he only charged me for one. On this last visit a few days ago, he also installed a new opener on the large 15' door. (Same door with the springs) Once the springs were replaced and dialed in, the door operated so much better. The new opener was strong, quiet and WiFi ready to open or close on my phone. They're the first and only company I call for garage door issues. (I think his name was Josh)

Could not be happier with the work and the above and beyond attention to detail. The installers identified a long-ago termite issue and were able to help identify it and work through it. The doors are perfect!
