Had an issue pop up over the weekend with one of my garage doors. Called Precision, and they immediately booked an appointment for me, same day. The motor for this particular door was done, and the technician quickly replaced the unit, pointed out several upcoming issues and installed a new door key pad to replace the one that had not worked for nearly six years. Very thankful for how quick they were able to come out, and how knowledgeable the technician was.

All the mechanisms, had to be replaced on our garage door.Everything needed was on the truck. Called at 9 am. Mitchell Owens was here at 11am and got the job completed by 2:30. Great customer service.
