a few years ago, I had Precision Garage Door Service install a new garage door system in our garage which included new doors. The did a great job at a reasonable price. Last week our remote door opener on the outside or the doors stopped working and so I called Precision to check it out. The service rep called me immediately to guided me on how to reset the remote opener. If I could reset the opener, I would not have to have a service call. I could not reset it, so he immediately came to my home and replaced the unit that had just worn out. He was pleasant, competent and we are very happy with the replacement.
