I had the pleasure of having my garage door fixed and serviced by Jay and Elijah of Precision Garage Door. Couldn't believe the service. It's rare that we see this kind of service anymore today. they arrived on time, did not try to charge me for something I did not need, fixed the problem quickly and were very polite, nice, warm, and friendly. They advised me on what to do when my garage door won't come down again in the future. They were very honest and such a joy. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service and particularly Jay and Elijah!!!

Great company! And very accommodating. I called them on a Thursday and got an appointment that Saturday. They had availability that Friday but that didn't work for me. On Saturday, Nick my service technician, was waiting for me. He was very polite and patient. He explained everything in detail. He told me what was wrong and what repairs needed to be done. At no point did I feel pressured into purchasing a specific repair plan. Nick did an excellent job in educating me about garage door maintenance. I used another garage door service and they were underwhelming. I would definitely recommend Precision for garage door services!

Nick was amazing. He identified additional issues immediately upon arrival. He probably did not charge me for some of them. He stayed to make sure that the clickers were working with my garage door. He explained a weird issue I was having with my door. I never knew the reason and it was super helpful to know why the door was acting that way. Thank you Nick! I have been coming back to Precision for a couple of years because every technician is awesome.

Our guy was quick, knowledgable and capable. I love it when they know exactly what's wrong and how to fix it. They always have some helpful information on how to maintain the doors, both mechanical and electronic. Their response has always been within a day. It's kind of an emergency when your door won't open and you can't get the car out, and they respond accordingly.

We called Precision Door Services for our garage door repair. The spring broke and the door would not function. Nick, from Precision Door, came the next day. We contacted your company to have our garage door weatherproof. However, once the tech arrived we realized that additional work was required. After we got over the sticker shock realizing that everything is more expensive we decided to get the job done now.
