Nick was an extraordinary tech! He was very professional, friendly, a great scope of knowledge, very polite and on time. I called for an appointment, and a day or two later they were here. I was given options of what could be done to solve the problem, which was nice, and I am getting it completed at two different times, which was most helpful to me. I will be recommending them to everyone. Since Nick was so great, I have specifically asked for him for my next appointment!!

We had a terrible noise when the door was closing. It’s been happening since a new spring was replaced earlier this year. Dakota changed a number of bolts today and it sounds much better, Dakota is an excellent technician! He takes his time and really tries to solve the issue.

I am COMPLETELY satisfied with the Precision Overhead Garage Door Service! I booked the appointment yesterday and received top notch service today -- a very quick response in my opinion, especially on a holiday weekend. Tito, my technician, called prior to his arrival to give me a heads up. Upon arrival he was prompt, polite, and professional. He inspected my garage door and respectfully took the time to answer all of my questions to my level of understanding. He pointed out issues of concern (most of which I already knew about), and discussed the impact of prolonging each service repair. With my permission, he replaced the garage door weather stripping and put on new cables, springs, rollers, pulleys, and bottom hinges, all of which were visibly worn or damaged. He completed the work in less than the estimated time, and his friendly demeanor and professional wit eased my mind. I am grateful for Tito's work ethic and this company's integrity. I am so pleased with the courteous and expert service I received today that I will be sure to tell all my family and friends about this highly reputable company. I called Precision after I had an issue with another company who had come out to repair my wooden garage door. My tech Jay was not only extremely professional but super informative on what the issue was and how he would fix it. We also discussed future maintenance on the door due to it being a customized wood door. He was very friendly and helpful, all around a completely opposite experience to what I had from the prior company I used. I would not only use them again in a heartbeat, I plan to recommend and refer my neighbors and friends should they ever need garage repairs. 5 + stars!

A delivery truck hit the garage hard enough to bend the garage door tracks, break the light fixture on the garage door assembly, and did a bunch of damage. Precision came out the day after I called, gave me an estimate to repair the damage, then stayed and did the repair. Upgraded a very worn system of springs to a new torsion spring while they were here. Wow, great response, great service, and very polite and competent staff. Excellent all around!

The torsion spring on our door broke after hours - leaving us scrambling. We were able make an appointment using the after hours service which was a huge relief. Our tech - Kyler - was super helpful. He explained the issue and inspected the door with me and talked me through what was salvageable and what needed repair or replaced. He gave options on different configurations. The tech called first and then showed up at the agreed upon time. He went out to his truck to get organized but then he came back in and went right to work installing my new spring and cables and he even put a new lightbulb in my garage door opener.
