I called them out for two quick fixes, before I just decided to have them replace the door. Jessy was the technician I worked with. He was always punctual and professional, made sure I knew (and saw!) all of my options before making any decisions, and continued to ask about the functionality of the old door every visit after the first, also showing me a trick to get it back in the tracks if it popped out again. He is clearly caring and experienced. My new door has been ordered! I look forward to working with this company on any future garage door needs.

We reached out to Precision Garage Door Service earlier today to replace a lower door seal on the garage door after another company installed a wrong seal on Wednesday only to have it fall off the first time the door was raised after the technician left. After a phone call the same technician who he referred to himself as a contractor showed up with a different and wrong part. He looked at the seal that was hanging down and pulled it off. He produced another (wrong) seal that was incorrect and the wrong length. At this point I told him his services were no longer needed here. He mentioned a refund would happen this coming Monday. A couple hours ago Charlie S from Precision arrived to install a new seal. Well guess what? He had the correct seam in his truck. I then asked about a universal remote as a backup and he walked to his truck and produced a small compact remove that worked. He installed the door seal and performed a maintenance check including lubricating each of the rollers and hinges that are metal to metal. All of this was done within an hour or so. Let me set the record straight. Precision Garage Door Service led by Charlie S deserves an absolute A+. The work was done professionally and the technician was respectful, polite and courteous. He provided a couple-options and recommendations for the future without being pushy or salesman like. Hats off to Precision and Charlie S, you have earned a customer for life who will refer you in a heart beat. I should also add the identical services with the universal remote by Precision was a little more that half the price of the other guys. If you're in need of garage door service. My garage door would not close on its own, we were able to set up an appointment the next day. Our technician, Dylan, called when he was on his way and showed up right on time. He was extremely helpful with all options available to me for the repairs. Finished the repairs in about an hour, went over all my questions and showed me how I should maintain the door. Hopefully I won't need any work on my garage door any time soon but if I do I will be contacting Precision Garage Door and requesting Dylan as the technician. Thank you.
