Precision Door was able to come out within a few hours and was able to replace the broken spring that happened earlier in the day. They had excellent communication throughout the entire process, including texting a picture of the serviceperson that would be doing the repairs, and had all parts needed in their truck. The serviceperson, Jeff, was friendly, worked consistently, and explained in detail all issues found in order to get the door safely operational. It wasn't a cheap repair, but I am confident this company is straightforward and will stand behind their work.
