Pat Stevens was The technician's name. He was professional and personable all at the same time. He evaluated my system in a very short time, came back to me with the details of exactly what was wrong and made recommendations on how to repair it. I agreed, and he completed the work in a reasonable timeframe. He cleaned up the work area and swept my garage as well, which I really appreciate it because I have a leg injury and could not do that work. Started out with a quick response. Needed a broken spring replacement. Dylan explained step by step the whole procedure. I asked him to check the motor as it was 26 years old. Obviously it needed replacement also. Had that done also. Can’t compliment Precision enough for their quick and speedy service. I highly recommend them.!!
