Pat Stevens was the technician and arrived on time after calling me and giving me his projected arrival time. He asked about the problem and I showed him the issue at which point he asked for a few more details and indicated that he would be able to fix the problems. He laid out exactly what needed done and I told him to proceed. 45 minutes later the job was done. Pat was very professional and efficient the whole time. I will be using Precision service for all future issues with my garage door although I will be asking to have Pat do the job if needed.

Mike Jolly really went out of his way to explain everything in a professional and relatable manner, without some high-pressure sales pitch. Highly recommend!

Hello – here is our feedback. Steve Wells was our technician, and he came out and did a great job for us on Sept 2, 2026. Our garage door, which was over 20 years old, failed and we called Precision Door – we had Steve out to see us in about 4 hours from our call. He diagnosed the problem, he did not try to sell us anything that we did not need, and he replaced the old motor and cables. We now have a great working door with a camera – the function is great, and it is extremely quiet. We would recommend Precision Door to customers who need work on their garage door – either as an emergency or as a scheduled service. We are totally satisfied – thank you, and thank you Steve Wells!!
