    Steve Wells did a great job and was incredibly nice and easy to talk to. He was incredibly knowledgeable. I had a lot of questions and he did not try to upsell me on anything. He gave me advice that I felt was completely honest, which was very refreshing after my last experience with a different company.     Precision Garage Door was called after a bad experience with another competitor. My garage door was not functioning after the other guys dumped me and left. (they also tried to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need) I Booked Precision online, they have a great process of communication, reminders, and sent technicians right on time. Pat and John arrived, assessed the issues, explained their plan, gave me a very reasonable price, and corrected all issues. They also performed some maintenance and left me with a can of lube for later application. They undid what the other guys did and garage door works better than ever. Quick; easy. I would recommend Precision and will use them again.
