I called Pricision at 10a.m.; the staff gave me a 2:00 p.m. appointment. At 11:30, the serviceman called saying he was "caught up" and could come early. He was here at 12:00 noon. He was courteous, upbeat, and accommodating in answering my questions, and remarkably in just a short time repaired the jammed garage door in a tight space, gingerly avoiding my car and other large objects which were inside the garage and restoring the door to excellent operating condition with no damage to my property, and he also voluntarily gave me some great tips on how to maintain the door for top operation -- all that at reasonable cost. Technician arrive early, very professional, told me what I really need to do about fixing/Replacing the Door and provided reasons for replacement which I accepted. Great Quick Service. Service Performed was to schedule an appt to install a new door. I do wish he would have asked me if I was a Military Veteran for a discount due to my age. No problem. I chose Precision door because of Google’s ratings and my previous door company never could give me an appt within a week. All of theirs was 3 months out.
