The repair service appointment scheduling was hassle free with their online scheduler. I accidentally hit my garage door while taking my car out and it wouldn’t close . By the time I scheduled the appointment it was night, so I chose the earliest appointment available. The next day morning got a call from Zack reaching out for the details . Zack was very professional and he let me know when he would arrive and he came on time. He assessed the situation and recommended the fix at a fair price and fixed it to my satisfaction . The two (2) men that replaced the motor assembly were outstanding in their job. The each knew what work had to be done within their strengths and did it. They were very easy to talk to and congenial.
