I needed the seals replaced on my older door since leaves and dirt kept blowing into my garage. I found this company on Google and the reviews seemed good, so I explained what I needed done and was given a quote. They scheduled me quickly, and I immediately received a confirmation text and email. Precision definitely goes out of their way in terms of communication and confirmation. On the day of service, they confirmed again, provided the name of my tech and some background information on him, and I could even track his progress to my house. That actually came in really handy since I needed to walk my dog, and I could see how far out they were, so I knew I had time and didn't have to worry about missing them. My tech Isaac arrived right on time, was friendly, and started off by asking me what issues I was having with the door. He looked the door, seals, track, pulleys, and cords over, then asked me how much I used the door, and based on my response he gave me some options ("good," "better," "best"). I appreciated that he did not try to upsell, and told me what I could wait to replace and what should be taken care of now. I truly felt the service was tailored to my needs and comfort level with the cost. Isaac made some adjustments that could have eventually become safety issues (and that I hadn't noticed myself, knowing nothing about garage door mechanisms). He then proceeded to replace the seals, and tested everything. He had me raise and lower the door several times while he observed the door's movement along the track and how it sealed, and then asked me to inspect the sides to see if I was satisfied with the improvement, which I was. No more huge gaps letting in all the bugs (as well as contributing to my monthly CenHud bill). I was very pleased with the experience with the company, and with Isaac, from start to finish. Quick to respond, quick to schedule, professional, friendly, on-time, knowledgeable, efficient, and no high pressure sales tactics. I will definitely use their services again in the future if/when I need it. 100% recommend!

FANTASTIC service. I called to schedule, expecting it to be later in the week, but received a same day appointment. Isaac Ward, the technician assigned was very helpful. He immediately diagnosed the problem, explained what it was to me and gave me options of possible solutions. With his thorough explanation of each option, it was easy for me to choose the best one for me. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. After installing the new opener, he was very patient helping me understand the workings of the system. This new opener runs smoothly and is quieter than the 20 year old one that was malfunctioning. I have used Precision Door Service several years ago to replace the springs. If I ever have any more problems I will definitely be calling Precision Door Service. Kyle came out to repair my garage door system, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous from start to finish. Isaac came on a Sunday to replace one of our garage door openers and to reset another opener. He worked through some initial glitches and left everything working properly. Great job!
