Precision came on time notified me all the way when they were coming, and when they got their realized it was just a battery needed, but at the same time offered to do a complete maintenance on the garage door, which I consented to have done Anthony did not push, no hard sell. He was great very polite very thorough and it was a good experience over all. Trust them.

Daniel walked me through all the replacement options he had available on the spot, explained everything clearly, and helped me choose the best fit. He installed the new system quickly and professionally. His knowledge really showed, and he took the time to walk me through how the new controllers worked so I felt confident using everything before he left.
