We experienced a spring failure on the weekend, made a call to Precision and within several hours, our garage door was restored to better than new condition. The repair was done well, but I regret not getting multiple quotes $818- seems very expensive. I didn’t appreciate the upsale approach of showing two even higher quotes. I would not recommend. The technician was nice enough he’s not to blame. I should have vetted better and not just grabbed the first ad at the top of my google search. Very EXPENSIVE lesson learned.

My experience was a good one. Daniel was professional and polite and took the time to explain everything to me. Daniel changed both springs, cables and pulleys very quickly and I have no issues with the door now. Works perfectly. Precision customer service is also good i called and they set me up with a appointment and fix the garage door issue same day.
