Malik D. did an excellent job replacing my garage door and garage door opener. He is knowledgeable, professional and helpful. If I need follow up in the future, I will ask Precision Door to send him because I am confident, he will do an exemplary job.

Had a garage door replaced by Precision Door's technician Malik. It was a frigid morning and Malik was on his own. He was very pleasant and did a wonderful job in tough conditions.

I was able to get a next day appointment. My technician was highly efficient, explained the problem very clearly, and went step by step on the cost. Precision always does a great job. I wouldn't call any other business. Definitely (5) stars in my book.

Dan arrived within the appointment window and called to narrow down the arrival time when he was on the way. He assessed my garage door opener and listened to my concerns and since the garage opener was 18 years old, priced out replacement options. I opted to replace and he performed the work on the same day, despite frigid temperatures. He helped me set security codes and download upgraded technology including a smartphone app. Dan was respectful of me and my home and pleasant to be around.

Daniel did a great job repairing my broken spring on the garage door. I was able to get an appointment the next day after calling and have the repair the next day before a big snow storm. They gave me options for what needed to be fixed which was helpful because it was an unexpected repair and expense.
