Had called Precision Doors because my garage door wasn’t closing evenly. They assigned Isaac as the technician who would be coming to my home. He had called to tell me the exact time he would be arriving. Isaac was professional, knowledgeable , pleasant and a treasure. Door fixed within an hour. A positive experience to say the least!

Dan is a pleasant personable young man. He assessed the situation and reviewed his findings and suggestions. He provided three written proposals. He worked quietly and efficiently finishing in the time he said it would take.

Daniel was extremely professional, polite, and friendly. He explained the issues with the door, the various options to resolve them, and then installed the necessary parts. We ultimately ended up with a new spring, a new motor, and a new remote entry keypad at a reasonable price. While I'm hoping the spring on the second garage door lasts a long time, I know that when it goes, I will call Precision Overhead Doors and ask for Daniel in order to get efficient and professional service.
