The whole experience was excellent. It was a well oiled and precision experience. As soon as I booked the initial appointment I received a text and email. The sales person was quick to come visit and the installer was there a week later to install my new garage door. The installation experience was amazing, Malik Dennard was our installer. He turned up exactly when he said, he was lightening fast at removing the old setup and replacing it with a whisper quiet arrangement. He was very polite and very professional, he answered all my questions and was a delight to interact with. He got the whole thing done in about 2 hours. I would strongly recommend this team of great people for your next garage door need. And best of all, their prices are cheaper than smaller individual garage businesses in the region. I will be using them again.
