Precision Garage Door Service

Daniel was on time and highly professional. He took the time to evaluate the issues with our non-functioning garage door, provided a detailed estimate and completed the work same day. He kept the work area clean and was precise and straight forward throughout. Overall I couldn't have had a better experience. I would highly recommend Daniel for any repairs necessary.

I was able to get an appointment for the day after I called. The tech called when he was 20 minutes away and was well within the range of the stated time. The tech explained the cause of my problem and offered 3 different solutions, with prices for all 3. He didn’t pressure me in any way in selecting one of them or none at all. I had him replace the opener and all the hardware on my garage door. He did an excellent and timely replace/repair job on my door. I was very happy with the service, once again, from Precision. I will be calling them back in the spring to do the same job on my other garage door.

Daniel was extremely professional, polite, and friendly. He explained the issues with the door, the various options to resolve them, and then installed the necessary parts. We ultimately ended up with a new spring, a new motor, and a new remote entry keypad at a reasonable price. While I'm hoping the spring on the second garage door lasts a long time, I know that when it goes, I will call Precision Overhead Doors and ask for Daniel in order to get efficient and professional service.
