So my garage door springs broke, and I had to get them fixed asap. With some research I found Precision. They were prompt and fast getting back to me. On the day of service our technician Isaac came for repairs. Isaac has great customer service and he knows his stuff. Isaac is great at explaining of what needs to be done for repairs. I give Precision and Isaac 5 stars for their services.

Malik came out and installed a new garage door for my house. He was professional, courteous and left no mess at all. This is my second job I have had Precision come out and handle and each time they have been nothing short of amazing.

Alan Ramirez was outstanding. I told him about the problem with my garage door opener, and after discussing my options, I decided to have him install an entirely new mechanism. He patiently explained the differences in choosing a new one. I also asked him about the springs, and other items essential for the opener. Even though what I had was working relatively well, I decided to have him install all new components. At no time did he pressure or try to sell me on anything; it was all my choice, and my repeated questions that led me to my decisions. I'm very happy with everything that was done. Everything is far superior to what I had before today. After the work was completed, Alan carefully and thoroughly cleaned the floor of my garage, leaving nothing behind. He even used a metal detector to ensure there were no nails or screws still on the floor.
