I am an existing customer and have always been completely satisfied with their work. Yesterday my 26 year old garage door opener stopped working. I called Precision and they were able to schedule an appointment for this morning. Luke, the Technician said that the motor needed to be replaced. He gave me the 3 options available, explaining every feature, function, etc. There was absolutely no sales pressure, only offering the best option for my needs. Luke not only replaced the motor, he inspected all the pulleys, springs, cables and other parts of both garage doors, not just the one that needed attention. Thankfully they are in great condition. Thank you again Precision for your excellent Technician and wonderful Customer Service. I would recommend Precision Door Service to anyone who needs garage door service, maintenance or replacement.

Was a seamless experience from start to finish. Kyle did a Great job going over my options, and once I had selected one, proceeded to start work immediately. He was done in no time, and the new garage door opener works great. Precision installed my Garage door over 15 years ago, and I will continue to call on them in the future for all of my garage door related needs.

Excellent service. We called and they came the next day, installed a new motor, serviced the other garage door and installed new key pads all in about 2 hours. It was amazingly easy and very reasonably priced. Also the technician Luke was awesome - very friendly, very nice and pleasant to work with. Couldn’t recommend them more.

Precision Door has been a pleasure to work with. Malik, the gentleman who dod the actual installation, was a true professional. He did the installation amazingly fast and did a superb job of installing both overhead doors.
