Precision Garage Door Service

Yesterday when I came home, my garage door was completely stuck dented, with broken brackets and I was so frustrated. I went to google and picked the first company . From the moment I called, the representative who answered was extremely helpful and reassuring. The technician, Isaac, arrived promptly and was outstanding: professional, informative, and patient. He answered all my questions thoroughly and went above and beyond to explain every detail of the repair. He completed the job efficiently, leaving me at ease. I truly appreciate a company that values real customer care and delivers excellent service. I’m very happy with both the repair and the customer service experience.

I booked an appointment online with Precision and they were able to come out the next day - Sunday. The technician, Justin Young, was great! He listened attentively when I explained when the door stopped working. He explained what he thought the problem might be before testing out the door to troubleshoot. He put together three quotes for the repairs - a minimum to get things working again, a larger package to upgrade some old parts since our door motor was from 1998 (27 years ago…) and a full replacement of everything but the door and frame with a 7 year warranty. I told him my priorities and he helped customize the quote a bit further to be what we both needed and wanted and then I was able to sign off and he got to work! He had everything he needed in his truck and was able to have the new system installed and working in a couple hours and even helped me reset the universal remote in my car for the new door. I also had another project I was working on while he was working on our motor replacement and he lent a helping hand when he saw I was struggling holding something in place to secure it. He really went above and beyond and I would definitely call Precision and Justin again with any other garage door needs! The new motor is incredible - so quiet and our door moves so smoothly now with the vinyl belt, new springs and pulleys and new wheels on the door. My husband commented that it sounds like our garage door went electric since it’s so quiet like an electric car compared to combustion engine. Very happy with Precision and can’t recommend Justin enough!
