FANTASTIC service. I called to schedule, expecting it to be later in the week, but received a same day appointment. Isaac Ward, the technician assigned was very helpful. He immediately diagnosed the problem, explained what it was to me and gave me options of possible solutions. With his thorough explanation of each option, it was easy for me to choose the best one for me. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. After installing the new opener, he was very patient helping me understand the workings of the system. This new opener runs smoothly and is quieter than the 20 year old one that was malfunctioning. I have used Precision Door Service several years ago to replace the springs. If I ever have any more problems I will definitely be calling Precision Door Service.
