Just moved into place that did not have a garage door opener. It turns out I was the door opener, which got old real quick. Had Precision come out to see if I could have a garage door opener installed in my garage because it is small and has a storage area that might get in the way. Anyway, working with the Tech, Isaac, was a wonderful experience. He is very knowledgeable and able to explain things that I could understand how the different openers worked. Isaac looked over the garage, took measurements and listened to my concerns, even made a call to verify if an option would work for my setup all before pitching what openers would be best for my setup. The bonus being that he had in his truck everything he needed for the unit I picked and how it was going to be installed, so he was able to install the opener same day. Great job overall.

So my garage door springs broke, and I had to get them fixed asap. With some research I found Precision. They were prompt and fast getting back to me. On the day of service our technician Isaac came for repairs. Isaac has great customer service and he knows his stuff. Isaac is great at explaining of what needs to be done for repairs. I give Precision and Isaac 5 stars for their services.

Today, Alex V, our technician, demonstrated exceptional professionalism and courtesy. Prior to his arrival, he informed us of his presence, which minimized any disruption to our workflow. He meticulously assessed and resolved the issues with utmost care and attention to detail. We are highly satisfied with the company’s overall services and competitive pricing. We would unequivocally recommend their services to others.
