Called them in the morning after my spring broke and had a technician at the house in a couple hours. Daniel was a consummate professional, explained everything he was doing and recommended, and completed everything in a timely manner. Highly recommend him and this company.

I was able to get an appointment for the day after I called. The tech called when he was 20 minutes away and was well within the range of the stated time. The tech explained the cause of my problem and offered 3 different solutions, with prices for all 3. He didn’t pressure me in any way in selecting one of them or none at all. I had him replace the opener and all the hardware on my garage door. He did an excellent and timely replace/repair job on my door. I was very happy with the service, once again, from Precision. I will be calling them back in the spring to do the same job on my other garage door.
