Precision Garage Door Service

I was able to get an appointment for the day after I called. The tech called when he was 20 minutes away and was well within the range of the stated time. The tech explained the cause of my problem and offered 3 different solutions, with prices for all 3. He didn’t pressure me in any way in selecting one of them or none at all. I had him replace the opener and all the hardware on my garage door. He did an excellent and timely replace/repair job on my door. I was very happy with the service, once again, from Precision. I will be calling them back in the spring to do the same job on my other garage door.

Had an awesome experience all around. Easy/quick scheduling, responsive team, and very clear communication about when Dan, the technician who fixed my door, would be at my house. Really great customer service. Dan himself was also terrific; punctual, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. My doors all work smoothly now and I’m very satisfied. Highly recommended.

Daniel was extremely professional, polite, and friendly. He explained the issues with the door, the various options to resolve them, and then installed the necessary parts. We ultimately ended up with a new spring, a new motor, and a new remote entry keypad at a reasonable price. While I'm hoping the spring on the second garage door lasts a long time, I know that when it goes, I will call Precision Overhead Doors and ask for Daniel in order to get efficient and professional service.

From start to finish, it was a very good experience and I highly recommend precision garage Doors. They were highly recommended to me and I am highly recommending them to anybody needing garage door service or brand new Garage Doors. Excellent company!
