Jesse arrived on time. He assessed my problem right away and proceeded to explain my options and pricing with warranties. He was extremely professional and performed the work that was needed. He did top quality work without hesitation. The job was finished in a timely and efficient manner. One cannot ask for more. My garage door is working like new again. Jesse arrived not long after I hung up the phone. He knew everything, explained everything, and did everything. I watched each step and asked a lot of questions. He told me clearly why my old system could no longer be repaired and he transparently presented the pricing options. He was also fun to talk with and is the kind of employee a lot of businesses would love to have. I doubt that Precision is the least expensive provider, but they respond quickly and are absolutely reliable. I would automatically use them again.

The technician was excellent. However, what you charged was not! It was a complete rip-off! I wanted 2 extension springs replaced. The technician told me that it would cost $800!!! Seriously are your extension springs made out of gold? I said absolutely not! So he called you and then the new price was $400!!! Was I supposed to feel better that you started with a bogus price of $800 and then miraculously cut the price in half?? Shame on you and Precision for taking advantage of senior citizens on fixed incomes!! Very disgraceful and you should be ashamed of yourself!

Issac was my tech. He showed up on the earliest possible time which was great, I guess i was his first stop. Issac carefully explained everything he was going to do and asked my input about a few details. He began the installation and before I knew it he was done. He walked me thru the installation, which looked great and explained the warranty. He left the garage very clean and was friendly and courteous.

I took a chance and hired someone I saw in loud weekend section. We could not be more pleased, they came when they promised they would and returned when they said they would. I must have been the first call of the day, it took him no time to install the garage door opener the keypad and program the 2 remotes. He was as polite and accommodating as could be. Had a real emergency on a Saturday and needed it to be fixed. Searched the web and saw your company name and the 24/7 commitment. I made contact with real person pretty easily and got an appt scheduled for that afternoon. I was kept informed by text messages regularly about the technicians status and arrival. Luke also called me when he was on the way. He did a great job fixing the problem but also was very cordial and easy to work with. The entire process and paperwork was very efficient.
