I had a great experience with precision garage doors. From the moment I reached out to the company I received a quick response and same day service. My technician Jesse Peligri was at my house maybe an hour after reaching out. Jesse was very knowledgeable and friendly. He gave me three service options to choose from that would fit my budget which was very much appreciated. My garage doors are working better than ever now after Jesse completed his work. On top of that I was contacted by Rob the service manager throughout the process to make sure if I had any questions or concerns I could reach out to him. This company truly shows how customers should be treated and taken care of. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone for their garage door needs.

Mike was excellent and patient with navigating the selection process and ensuring we would receive all the equipment needed. Malik arrived on time and communicated clearly throughout the process. He kept me informed about the installation steps and any potential issues. He ensured everything was working properly before leaving and cleaned up the workspace. Overall the service was excellent it was a smooth installation experience.
