I found Precision on Google and was impressed by the very high amount of 5 star reviews. Well, there is a reason they have so many great reviews...THEY DESERVE IT. From start to finish they were kind, knowledgeable, and professional. The person who came to give us a quote listened to what we wanted, made suggestions, but wasn't pushy on trying to sell us on something we didn't want or need. Malik, our installer was amazing. He worked efficiently, left the area clean, and was super kind. Even when they accidentally forgot to put our decorative handles on, Precision was very professional and got us back on the schedule as soon as possible to rectify the error. When that tech came to my home, again, super kind and professional. Precision is knowledgeable, communicative, and punctual. HIGHLY recommend for your garage door needs.
