Our garage door cable broke and the door was also falling apart. Ron came out very quickly to give us a quote. I thought it was very reasonable! He was on time and you could tell he was super knowledgeable. He came out on a Wednesday and booked to have his crew install it Monday morning. Chris and his partner (I can't remember his name) just left after installing our door in less then 2 hours! The price was exactly what Ron quoted me. The door looks great and works better than ever! :) They were really nice, professional and thorough. I will be recommending Precision to everyone I know!

Called the phone number, spoke with Lexi & she was extremely helpful. Set up an appointment for an estimate. Ron (the owner) came, very pleasant & gave us an estimate that we couldn’t refuse. Told us about HIS Company. So we entrusted his word. The result???... we’re very happy. Mark & his crew, Drew & Chris came here “the very same day” to install two doors. We have two other doors on order (as they are bigger & taller) which will be installed on May 2nd, 2019. Thank you for your service & continuing service to be done on May 2nd. Called for service on replacement of rubber seal at the bottom of door. Showed up and realized it was a door they don’t repair and gave an estimate for replacement of door. What a waste of my time and money to have them out, receptionist for appointment only had to ask what maker of door I had to save me time and money for their service. Don’t recommend

Thank you for your review. We are sorry that you were not satisfied with our service; we will gladly send you a refund of your service call fee. Here are the notes that our Technician made after completing the safety inspection of your garage door: Bottom rubber worn, retainer screws removed, retainer sagging. Weather stripping worn. Wayne dalton door, bottom corners rusted, would not recommend removing bottom brackets to change out bottom rubber retainer, panel too rusty. Recommend new door. Our Technician also took 2 photos of the bottom section of the garage door clearly detailing the amount of Rust; our Technician determined that the garage door is not in repairable condition. Also while our Technician was there, he did perform these tasks to your garage door: PERFORM SAFETY INSPECTION, LUBE ALL HARDWARE, SCREW BOTTOM RETAINER BACK IN. We are sorry you feel our service was a waste of your money. This scenario is definitely not one that we will be diagnosing over the phone; we always quote our Service Call Fee before booking service. We can replace Wayne Dalton Bottom Retainers and Bottom Rubber if the garage door is repairable condition.

I found the exact carriage garage doors in black for my project at Precision. They made the process so easy. They came right down and gave me an estimate. We scheduled an appointment and within a few weeks they arrived to install our doors. Mark didn't thoroughly check what was wrong with the metal parts until I explained to him that the garage door would not go up and down all the time. When he looked at it he noticed the arm was loose and there was a screw missing. The rail was bent so he fixed all of those problems. I wanted 2 new garage door openers as well, so he programed them in. He didn't believe me when I told him my concerns and was not as professional as I hoped for.
