Knowledgeable. Had it fixed in short order. Price was very reasonable. We had Precision Garage Door/Rochester install the opener 6 yrs ago. We were very impressed then and I was very impressed now. The first time we contacted Precision, a gentleman came out same day, fixed the problem with the garage door and came back within 48 hrs to replace the door opener. This time, our old garage door needed replacement. A young gentleman came out next day, assessed the problem, ordered what he needed and was here next business day to replace the door and tracks.
